The front desk service was awesome! The house keeping Supervisior was a little grumpy when we told her that we had need a couch switch because when we pulled the couch out to sleep on it the mattress was solid with some that looks like to be old blood and the couch never got switch our entires stay. This made the room felt so gross. I ask to speak with the manager to get a room change since we could not get a couch change and that was denied as well! So I demand and refund and that was denied too!!!! I will not recommend no one to stay at this place because this experience was far by the worst ever. The part that I am so mad about is no one try to make any of the errors right. This is not the way I remember the Marriott to be !

We were struggling to find a hotel that would suit our needs. We were flustered, fed up and tired. From the second we walked in April at the front desk greeted us so friendly, and helped us with the whole process! There was no reason for her to be so friendly but she’s the reason we decided to stay tonight. She made us feel so welcome and even when we came back down for snacks she was suggestive and just as friendly. I’m confused as to why she isn’t running the place lol this is a very nice hotel to stay in, they’re usually booked but we got lucky. Thank you guys!

Huge shout out to the housekeeping staff. Room was very clean! Even in places you don't always think about like no dust on the shower rod so I could hang up my towels. They let me borrow the vacuum to clean up after my 3 kids when we ate in the room. Generous with bedding for the kids to stay warm and we could blast the AC at night for the adults. Breakfast was hot and a variety. We stayed up late in the lobby playing games with the kids and the staff was so nice. We had a big group with kids and adults and just had an amazing experience and we had traveled through many states in many hotels. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it. All of the front desk staff through all shifts, the housekeeping, the breakfast staff, Ms. Lori, even Willy the outside cat was great.

The stay was ok, we really enjoyed how close we was to the beach. We didnt eat breakfast, it was so crowded. I didnt even want to attempt it. I only had two problems, wasn't really problems. But it could've been better. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready. It was supposed to be ready by 4. And we had to wait, even after waiting, it still wasnt ready. So the front desk lady put us in a new room. So that was fine! And also, i had to sweep the bathroom and ask for my towels. Due to covid, the room couldnt be cleaned. And when you go to the beach 2 days in a row, sand and stuff was all in the bathroom. I didnt mind at all sweeping it myself. But it was very limited on what the house keepers could do. Other then that, it wasn't bad. It wasn't loud, kinda crowded. But not bad. I would stay again.

The front desk service was awesome! The house keeping Supervisior was a little grumpy when we told her that we had need a couch switch because when we pulled the couch out to sleep on it the mattress was solid with some that looks like to be old blood and the couch never got switch our entires stay. This made the room felt so gross. I ask to speak with the manager to get a room change since we could not get a couch change and that was denied as well! So I demand and refund and that was denied too!!!! I will not recommend no one to stay at this place because this experience was far by the worst ever. The stay was ok, we really enjoyed how close we was to the beach. We didnt eat breakfast, it was so crowded. I didnt even want to attempt it. I only had two problems, wasn't really problems. But it could've been better. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready. It was supposed to be ready by 4. And we had to wait, even after waiting, it still wasnt ready. So the front desk lady put us in a new room. So that was fine! And also, i had to sweep the bathroom and ask for my towels. Due to covid, the room couldnt be cleaned. And when you go to the beach 2 days in a row, sand and stuff was all in the bathroom. I didnt mind at all sweeping it myself. But it was very limited on what the house keepers could do. Other then that, it wasn't bad. It wasn't loud, kinda crowded. But not bad. I would stay again.

We were struggling to find a hotel that would suit our needs. We were flustered, fed up and tired. From the second we walked in April at the front desk greeted us so friendly, and helped us with the whole process! There was no reason for her to be so friendly but she’s the reason we decided to stay tonight. She made us feel so welcome and even when we came back down for snacks she was suggestive and just as friendly. I’m confused as to why she isn’t running the place lol this is a very nice hotel to stay in, they’re usually booked but we got lucky. Thank you guys!

Huge shout out to the housekeeping staff. Room was very clean! Even in places you don't always think about like no dust on the shower rod so I could hang up my towels. They let me borrow the vacuum to clean up after my 3 kids when we ate in the room. Generous with bedding for the kids to stay warm and we could blast the AC at night for the adults. Breakfast was hot and a variety. We stayed up late in the lobby playing games with the kids and the staff was so nice. We had a big group with kids and adults and just had an amazing experience and we had traveled through many states in many hotels. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it. All of the front desk staff through all shifts, the housekeeping, the breakfast staff, Ms. Lori, even Willy the outside cat was great.
