Nice hotel near the city centre, clean quiet rooms. Parking behind the house. Very helpful and competent staff. Recommended, we will like to stay there again. The valid hygiene concept was implemented and controlled exemplified and can be stayed there despite Covid 19 quiet conscience.

Ich traf um 22 Uhr ein, nach langer Autofahrt. Die Unterstützung des Nachtportiers war sehr, sehr aufmerksam. Er ging mit mir auf die Strasse um einen Tipp für die Parkplatzsuche zu zeigen. Leider war der Hotelparkplatz bereits besetzt, aber war kein Problem. Frühstücks-Buffet war gut und wurde aufmerksam nachgefüllt. Cappuccino vom Automaten schmwckte köstlich. Leider, deswegen nur 3 Punkte war das in die Zimmerecke verbaute Bett sehr schmal. Ich bin 1.85 groß als nicht so riesig. Mit dem Rücken lag ich bei der Wand und die ausgestreckte Hand landete an der Nachttisch Lampe.. Ich habe mich nicht beschwert. Leider gab es keinen Rotwein am Zimmer und die Gststätte hatte um die Zeit bereits geschlossen. Würde dort gerne wieder nächtigen aber vorher die beiden Punkte ansprechen.

I can't say I was overly impressed with this hotel, apart from its location close to the lake and nearby shops. It's quite old fashioned and in need of a more modern image, or a rustic theme. As you come into the reception, there's a strange medieval type dining table and chairs. The patterned wallpaper doesn't complement the mixture of modern artwork for sale on the walls either. I was staying there with a disabled family member and because the door to the small bar was too narrow for the wheelchair, we were placed in a side room which had all the atmosphere of a railway station waiting room. Having arrived after 9.00 pm, the kitchen was closed and my evening meal had to be a bowl of Bombay Mix. The rooms are clean, but again very dated. No coffee/tea making facility or bottled water. The mini bar has water, beer and wine for purchase though. The 'disabled room' my cousin shared with her daughter was positively awful. Small, no room for the wheelchair and walking frame and a view onto a nearby laurel hedge, which made it very dark. The restaurant is nice, although expensive, and the best views to the lake are from the few tables for two in the 'orangery' area. What we found particularly annoying was the staff had clearly been told to 'look busy at all times' and when they weren't serving, they were whipping off table cloths and laying for breakfast, then changing it back to dinner etc. The breakfast was fine and there was a nice variety of bread and rolls. If you want smoked salmon, you have to ask for it when they're not busy. We were three people and the waitress gave us a coffee pot that would have been just enough for two. Small details, but this hotel is marketed as 4 star - it didn't feel like it. The hotel wasn't overly busy and on my last day I asked if I could have a later check out (just before 3.00 pm instead of 11.00 am). I was told this was not possible, but I could have it until midday. No help to me at all. It's not an unpleasant place to stay, but not memorable in any way.

After parking the car pal before the hotel, free, we were friendly speaking during check-in. The staff led us to our room, 213. The hotel looks tired and on the one hand it is so. But it is functional and clean with fun extras. Coffee, tea, cocktails and even beer are free for guests. Although there is a danger, too much alcohol.... We have only experienced the positive side of this. The room is classically badly inscription, reasonably room, a good bed and a functional bathroom with shower, washing table and toilet. Therefore, the minibar can be filled up as you wish! Although the TV station is close, there was no congestion of train traffic. The hotel was not/a little at the hearing. Breakfast included in the price was good. No live cooking or other highs, but more than enough choice. The cleanliness, towels and location to Oldenburg's centre make this hotel a recommendation.

Wir haben das Trend Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip zu einem Mittelaltermarkt gebucht. Es war alles in Ordnung, das Zimmer okay, Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut mit Buffet, auf dem für jeden etwas dabei war. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett, Maske beim Frühstück (trotz 3G!!) nervt langsam, aber was sollen sie machen - ist ja nicht für ewig, nächstes Jahr ist das wahrscheinlich wieder normal. Das einzige - ich würde beim nächsten Mal, falls es das gibt, nicht mehr das hintere Eckzimmer haben wollen, das war schon sehr dunkel mit nur einem kleinen Fenster. Das Zimmer an sich war aber gut und sauber, ich habe nur gerne etwas Licht im Zimmer. Parken ist kostenlos direkt beim Hotel.

A stay in Wardenburg Hof is actually recommended. The hotel is located on a main crossing towards Oldenburg, but the night was quiet. The rooms were very clean and very well furnished. For the standard really beautiful. The beds have a very good mattress even if the kits are very large and a little hard. Breakfast is very balanced and everything you want. The staff is very friendly and premature. Style and construction of the hotel in the country style, something shop-showed, but really very nice.
