"Het zal niet gemakkelijk zijn om open deur te vinden en iemand te wachten op u in dit hotel gelegen op de hoogte van de stad vrij ver van de zeekant, parkeerplaats in de straat voor het appartement. De persoon die ons heeft ontvangen (boeking gemaakt op Booking) was de huisvrouw alleen Bulgaren praten en we konden via een telefoon vertaler, je zou graag alles begrijpen over de werking van de eerste schot en de juiste vragen stellen, want na 2 min meer iemand, U zult alleen zijn in de accommodatie met andere toeristen (Bulgaarse en Russische tijdens onze verblijf). Anders was de kamer die we hebben gekozen op de 3e verdieping met een klein balkon en uitzicht op zee (ver zeker), mooi oppervlak en schoon in het geheel (niet in de hoeken en op de deuren te kijken), kleine koelkast begon te vluchten, Het gebrek aan onderhoud is schreeuwend hier, het was geweldig 10 jaar geleden!! men moedigt u zelfs niet ontbijt te nemen omdat het ofwel zegt van slechte kwaliteit (kan de vrouw niet vroeg opstaan om het voor te bereiden?). Dus het was ontbijt buiten en op de goede franchet! Badkamer in de Bulgaarse met douche in een hoek en het opblazen van het geheel! Een goede inrichting voor een doorgang."

"This place has all the important stuff right. Location is perfect, right on the beach and the pretty town of Obzor just across the road. All areas of the hotel are kept very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sofas in the lobby area need a good clean though. Food is excellent, we went all inclusive and for the price you really can’t knock it, there’s plenty of choice and it’s piping hot and tasty. Also the staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Entertainment is hit and miss, the professional entertainers are very good, the rest of it is amateurish. The hotel really needs two things, a relaxing bar lounge and a designated smoking area rather than just “anywhere outside”, sometimes you can’t get away from the stink of cigarette smoke. The end of our holiday was nearly spoiled by a badly behaved group of local schoolboys who had come for a football tournament, they ran riot around the hotel completely unsupervised. Eventually when enough guests complained they were brought to heel but the hotel should have rules around this kind of booking. Speaking of rules the hotel has many, things like not taking food away from the restaurants etc, but they don’t bother to enforce them! Overall we did have a lovely holiday though, it’s just a couple of niggles that need addressing."

"Gezellig stadje. Volop variatie in winkels. Prachtig lang strand. Veel restaurants. Maar wij waren er eind mei en toen was bijna alles dicht. Vanaf 1-6 beginnen ze pas met het openen van winkels en restaurants en worden er bijvoorbeeld ligbedden en parasols op het strand d geplaatst"

"Really lovely hotel for our first family holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily amd the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Food is fresh, tasty and plenty of choice. Staff were lovely. We didn't make use of the evening entertainment (small baby) so can't comment on that. Lovely beach front walk although most places in the area still hadn't opened for the season. Pool are was lovely! Gorgeous sea views. The only negative is that the hotel isn't the most pram friendly but we managed to lift our strollerup and down all the steps. Bear that in mind if you use a pram or wheelchair. We really loved this hotel "
