The receptionist Iva was very kind, polite and helpful with us from the first day. Bravo! The staff is trying to do their job quite well. Just one person (not the bar employee!) whom we asked to change the loud rap repetitive music during the dinner, was rude. The hotel was clean (except the towels). I give only two stars because the food is very bad. The coffee is terrible (worst I have ever drank). I think is not about the cook, but for sure is about very low quality food.

For us this experience was a poor one and we left the hotel earlier than we paid. The hotel is clean (but maybe we were lucky because we were the first tourists in 2022), the rooms are good (the single bad aspect in the room was the towels… trash towels really). The beach is very nice, very close to the hotel. But the seats are very poor, no mattress on them so you cannot stay more hours without hurting your back. THE TERRIBLE THINGS: the food! It’s almost no edible. The single thing we could eat was the cheese with some tomatoes. Everything else (pork steak, fried potatoes, breakfast and so on were so so bad). Even the drinks at the bar are very poor. We drank only soda water but I think that even this thing was a bad idea. We found a Lidl 35km away and we bought water and some food - bread, jam - that we ate at the breakfast. Not recommending to anyone

Hôtel à éviter a tout prix rien ne vas dans cette hôtel du début jusqu’à la fin personnel impolie chambre sale avec sous-vêtements retrouvés sur l’oreiller route qui ramène à l’hôtel désastreuse Jai faillit laisser un pare-chocs ne vous faite pas avoir comme moi on m’a refuser le remboursement car je ne voulais pas rester ici ma femme enceinte a failli glisser car yavait de leau à l’entrée et c’était très salle avec plein de mouche a l’intérieur et la mauvaise odeur je pense pas que sa soit nettoyé je me suis plaint ya une femme elle es venu nettoyer avec une serviette de plage inadmissible je suis partis et je n’ai pas séjourné ici et ils ont menti a ******* en disant que c’est moi qui a pas voulu franchement c’est la pure expérience de ma vie ne venez pas ici cher touriste aller voir ailleurs c’est mieux car vous aller le regretter ne vous fier pas a la note c’est une fausse note et le pire c’est quand je lui es dit l’ reste pas j’appelle ******* elle nous narguer avec son regard et s’en foutait complètement de nous surtout de ma femme enceinte aucune compassion alors que c’est nous les clients bref c’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt une auberge à éviter!!!
