"Really neat and pretty hotel. Slippers and electric ports, hair dryers, shampoo, body wash, body milk, etc. are provided. The location was also near the wall, so it was good to go back and forth. The staff were so friendly and the seriousness provided when checking in was so delicious. Overall very recommended"

"I stayed at The Beachfront for 13 days. The location is very nice and the view is beautiful. The staff at the Mare restaurant were very friendly and kind. We felt welcome every day. But the food was not good. Every day it was the same. The choice was very small. The scrambled eggs tasted like powder, and nothing changed during our whole stay. The housekeeping service was also weak. The floor was always dirty with sand, and they didn’t clean it well. We felt sand under our feet all the time. Some equipment in the room was broken and not fixed. Also, the staff in the Club House restaurant were not nice. They were rude and didn’t want to help. Another problem was the customer service. There was no flexibility. When we asked for small changes or help, the answer was usually “no” without trying to find a solution. I liked the beach and the Mare staff, but the hotel needs to improve cleaning, food quality, customer service, and the attitude of some employees."

"We zijn in de 2de week van juli naar Praia d'el Rey geweest. Echt een heerlijke tijd gehad. We hadden een villa met prive zwembad voor ons gezin met 3 kinderen, maar op en buiten het park is genoeg te beleven. Via de receptie 2 keer elektrische fietsen gehuurd voor een dag en prachtige toertochten gemaakt richting Peniche en rondom het park. De receptie helpt je bij alle vragen of het nu gerelateerd was aan een defecte lamp tot het reserveren van tafels in een van de restaurants en of huur van fiets, kano, boottocht enz. Alles makkelijk via de WhatsApp en indien men meer info nodig heeft bellen ze. Echt super."

"A recently built, modern, and very clean establishment. Room (number 3) was spacious with a very comfortable bed. No unpleasant smells from a few guests. Very easy and free street parking. Excellent Wi-Fi. A 10-minute walk from the historic center where parking is paid and can be crowded! Overall, a very pleasant surprise with unbeatable value for money. Breakfast isn't served, but at €60 a night, that's perfectly fine. Besides, that's not the purpose of this establishment. However, yes, there's no sink in the common room."

"Zeer mooie plek en mooi personeel! Gezellig verrast over hoe mooi de plek, de locatie en het personeel is. Het ontbijt was mooi. Ze geven je een slipje om de dag vooraf te checken met je ontbijttijd. De ochtend ga je naar de eetkamer op het moment dat je hebt gekozen en alles is al voor je klaar. De kamers waren mooi met een elegant gevoel en er was genoeg warm water in de douche."

"Our recent stay at Bom Sucesso Resort was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations. We encountered numerous problems during our 2-day stay over New Year’s Eve: • Heating and Wi-Fi were non-functional upon arrival, and while fixed later, the Wi-Fi remained unreliable. • Staff gave absurd instructions like not moving the sofa or pressing a certain light switch to avoid disconnecting the Wi-Fi—completely impractical, especially with kids in the house. • A broken bench forced me to drive to reception for replacement chairs. • Frequent power outages left half the house without lights or electricity on New Year’s Eve. Attempts to fix this issue were temporary and ultimately failed. The most frustrating part is that these electrical issues appear to be a known problem, yet the villa was rented out regardless. Even worse, despite raising these issues during our stay, at checkout, and via email afterward, I have received no response whatsoever from the resort’s management. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Bom Sucesso Resort to anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free vacation. Avoid at all costs if you value good service and responsiveness."
