"We showed up at 4pm nn hour after there 3pm check-in started and had to wait over half an hour for them to get a room ready. They had not checked the previous customers out of their room, when they left, which seems sketchy as there is a late checkout fee. The bedding was covered in yellow stains and we had to get new bedding. I never filled out their review, but got an email notice while waiting for our room thanking me for my 5 star review."

"We kwamen om 4 uur na de check-in om 3 uur en moesten meer dan een half uur wachten op een kamer klaar. Ze hadden de vorige klanten niet uit hun kamer gecheckt, toen ze vertrok, wat schijnt te schitterend, omdat er een late checkout-taxa is. De bedden waren gele stenen en we moesten een nieuwe bedden krijgen. Ik heb hun beoordeling nooit voltooid, maar ik kreeg een e-mailbericht terwijl ik wachtte op onze kamer en ik dankte voor mijn 5-sterren beoordeling."

"When I checked in they charged me even though the room was paid for already. They need to clean the whole hotel because it was dirty!  I called the night before I checked out to ask for a late check out and I was told to call back in the morning. When I called the next morning I was told I could not have a late check out because house keeping was already on the floor. P.S. they have signs in the breakfast area stating that you can not take food back to the room."

"De kamer was niet roken, maar gerookt. De badkamer had sigarettenbranden in haar. Het bed was een koningin, maar was een volledige grootte. De badkamer was niet open om af te drenken. De toiletzit was nauwelijks aangebracht. Ik kwam na tien uur, dus ik moest een telefoon in de huishoud gebruiken die me twee keer ontkoppelde voordat ik naar een echte persoon kwam om van de tweede verdieping te komen om me in de lobby te laten gaan en naar binnen te controleren. Ik heb in andere verlengde Amerika's verbleven, maar ik kom niet terug naar deze."
