"We booked this hotel as a last minute birthday treat. Don't be mislead by the google satellite view, the hotel is complete. It has features like pedalos, small and large speedboats etc. Indoors there are saunas, pools, hot tubs. Food is available from 3 eateries, quite reasonably priced. Rooms, I think there were only 88 over 4 floors, are all well appointed, spotless, with comfy mattresses. Not all rooms over look the lake. Staff and service were all spot on and spoke good English. My wife and I have been trying to think of something that would add to the quality of our stay and hotel. The only thing we could come up with, was some more greenery and flowers would be nice. Summary, a great hotel, a bit of a way out from the big cities, but really well worth the journey."

"Mooi nieuw hotel. schone kamer. rijk ontbijt en diner. Cons: de zwembadtemperatuur werd gepresenteerd als 30 graden, maar het was minder, ongeveer 27. Dus het was niet zo comfortabel. De badkamer werd gebroken, zou een uitwisseling nodig hebben. Het heeft geen invloed op onze familie, maar als u tijdens de piektijden komt ontbijt of diner kunt u tot 30 minuten voor het restaurant wachten tot sommige tafel/stoelen gratis zijn. Voor 5* hotel is erg groot faillissement."

"We visited in April, so it was off season. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, especially Viola at the front desk. She spent much time helping us with day trip planning. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant made a very good breakfast and dinner. The bar, though small, was nice and they have a full sized pool table. There was ample parking and the location was terrific…surrounded by forest and ski areas. The pool and saunas were a nice addition and were well kept. Overall a great experience."
