Bentinck Hotel

Superb location with good wifi, but there is a long staircase accessing to the room, so not suitable for travellers with a heavy suitcase. And I woke up at 5:30am due to the human and traffic noise from the delivery men downstairs.

BEST BREAKFAST IN NOTTINGHAM! Stopped in for a quick coffee & breakfast and it was amazing. Lovely setting for a rainy Sunday breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff top quality ingredients for both the vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Will definitely be coming again.

This is a good hotel, very small but the rooms aren't too cramped; perfect for one night. The location is unbeatable if you want to be near the rail station, but very quiet - no noise from the station or anywhere else. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom fine. Wifi fully functional. The breakfast was excellent (I had the continental); plenty of food and good coffee. There was not evening food though; note the restaurant featured in some of these reviews does not exist. It's not a brilliant location for food, although there are some adequate places in walking distance.

Super little hotel right outside train station. Very clean with good facilities. Lovely bar area with cosy seating. Missed breakfast as I was leaving early which was a shame. Friendly helpful staff on arrival. My new stop over for future Nottingham trips.

I travel all over the country for football away days and stay in most towns for long trips or midweek games. I've been to Nottingham many times but never stayed here. Had no idea there was such a nice hotel literally on the station. It's one of the best independent hotels I've ever been to. Lovely staff, small hotel with only 12 rooms but all large, cosy and very clean. Slept really well even though I had an early train. Really nice bar lounge full of armchairs and vintage nik naks and decorations and drinks very well priced. Pleasantly surprised and will stay again if ever in Nottingham. Location is perfect.

Suprisingly higher level than expected. Nice location, traditional furniture. Super weekend to help our ki start University in Nottingham.

My wife and I were in Nottimgham for the night to see a show. The Bentinck is opposite the train station and close to a Tesco and various shops, bars , restaurants etc. It is a boutique hotel. Stylish and a bit querky. The room was lovely and big( even had a fireplace and mantlepiece). Continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Expect a bit of noise weekend evenings outside but other than that, a good experience.

I stayed here on a visit to the city. Excellent value, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable and very conveniently placed for both city centre and the railway station. Would recommend and will definitely stay here when next in Nottingham.
