"I read a review on this TripAdvisor page whereby someone called the Herrgård liars, promising stuff that never happened. We had the same experience. Their webpage did NOT reflect the situation at all. We had booked two nights with the emphasis being on the a-la-carte menu and the quality of the food, but, when we arrived, there was a conference there and they only had one dish as a main course, a meatloaf with a vegetarian version of the same. I had "upgraded" to another package where they used the words "evening meal", this obviously meant at the discretion of the Herrgård and NOT the a-la-carte menu. We checked out after one evening and were not offered a refund. I got the feeling that we were not the first. But I have to be fair, the rooms were simple and very clean. Unfortunately we felt ripped off leaving the place. It could have been so much different."

"Kleine klantenservice, slecht personeel en slechte schoonmaak van de huurkabines. In het algemeen toiletten en andere servicegebieden zijn vuil en uitgeschakeld. Geen sloten op sommige van de toiletdeuren en lange afstand tot lege toiletten voor caravans."
