The hotel is very clean and very good

I'm a Platinum member and asked for a spacious King bed and usually get a high floor. This time, they gave me a first floor handicap accessible room with no body wash in the dispenser. When I checked in, they asked if I wanted a 4pm check out, I said yes. When I returned from lunch all of my personal belongings were missing from my room and the room was partially turned over. When I inquired what happened, they told me the person that checked me in didn't mark it as late check out but the funny part is my key card to access the room still worked after 1pm when she had said the system showed a 12pm check out. That in itself didn't make any sense. When I attempted to resolve the situation, I was told that there is no Manager on site and that there is nothing they can do. I could, however, come back at 11pm to talk to the Manager on the night shift and those were the only options until I called customer service. I still don't have this situation resolved as I had personal property in the room that's missing and have not heard back from anyone about it. I would stay away from this property until they get their staff properly trained and when they have management oversight on the weekends. I had to leave with the Managers information after an entire hour and I should have still been in the room for another 2 hours but due to a blunder by the staff, I was kicked out of the room and wasn't even offered another one to complete my stay at the booked time. Also, the customer service was horrible. All but the last lady that helped me get the information I needed to get out the door after dealing with this for over an hour while they were attempting to reach someone that could make a decision, to no avail.

The room is very spacious

Clean and easy access, plenty of good parking. the only thing I would recommend is to have paper plates so we can take a muffin to the room and better creamer in rooms since we were staying in outer building. Beds were very comfy. Good breakfast options! Seemed to be safe area as well with many amenities accessible.

I love this place,.. the staff couldn't be any better..Make sure you take something back to the room so you dont ”HAVE to” leave if we dint want to.... Wonderful place for the business traveler, couple or even the family... best bang for the buck. Wonderful staff, just off 880 & Mowry in Fremont. Can walk or take B.A.R.T. to almost anything you need in the S.F. BAY AREA from here. Also don't forget to get a complimentary breakfast... it's just enough to start your day.... Very dirty! customer service was a nightmare I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a double tree. Bathrooms were so disgusting! I went with my family and it was so gross. I changed rooms thinking maybe it’s just that room but the new room was just as horrible. Gidged Pugh, the front desk worker, was the rudest front desk worker. She cursed at me and my family and scared my kids. I reported her the next day and nobody seemed to care. Very sad where this double tree is at. It ruined all double tree all around. I hope they train there employees and clean there rooms because they were ALL disgusting. my whole family stayed there and all rooms were the same and we were forced to stay there because we could not get a refund and we had no money to move to another hotel. Marriot is definitely better everywhere.

The rooms are large, apartment-style, with restaurants and Chinese supermarkets across the road, followed by Macys, all within walking distance, especially recommended for a Hong Kong-style restaurant and Vietnamese restaurant.

When I went to the hotel, it was almost 12 o'clock. There was a meeting at 12:45. The hotel stipulated that the check-in could be done after 3 o'clock. I went to the front desk and asked if there was any room available for early check-in. Hour. After sitting for a while, the front desk did not seem to help me check the vacant room. It seemed that it would take a certain time to help me. I checked the nearby hotels with the same price and star rating and made a phone call. I had to cancel this one and go to another one, but the front desk didn't seem to want to cancel and said to help me check. Then the room was arranged. In fact, I asked the cleaning staff, there are enough empty rooms. I would like to say that the hotel has hotel regulations, which I have always followed, but in special circumstances, and there were no other customers at the time, why didn’t I understand the flexibility? What’s the difference between being empty for three hours and staying three hours early? Is there a loss? If there is no vacant room, it is another matter. You can check in at the time, but if you have a vacant room, this hotel is not a high-end hotel. The same hotel next door also says check-in after 3 o'clock, but you can check in after 12 o'clock if there is a vacant room. Why is this one so strong, it doesn't look at the customers at all, and directly asks the sitting hall to wait. Can a business go on without flexibility, without change, in this economic situation?
