"Een zeer vete hotel : in de verfrisste moquette kamer ( hallo acariens !), stoel zweet , meubels glingué, draps 1 plaats voor een tweepersoonsbed ...een positief punt uitzicht op de zee . Laag warme thuis , geen lachen over het geheel, geen empathie toen we recht hadden op een overtreding omdat het parkeren van het hotel ons was verkeerd aangeduid bij onze aankomst ... Een Mal hotel gelegen boven Neum, afstand van het "strand" (reserveerd voor 3/4 in het Grand Hotel) , afstand van de restaurants. Au dernier petit-déjeuner , suite à l'arrivée d'un énorme groupe , buffet dévalisé malgré notre arrivée matinelle (7h30) et non-re-provisionné: plus de vinoiseries, il a fallu insister pour qu'ils remetten des fruits ( ongegeten, hard als hout ) , het is echt onaanvaardbaar dat ze niet hebben voorspeld ! Hun klanten maken duidelijk niet hun prioriteit !!"

De schone en nette omgeving, de uitgebreide faciliteiten en voorzieningen aan het water, het prima ontbijt en het heerlijke diner, en de professionaliteit en flexibiliteit van het receptiepersoneel zijn werkelijk lovenswaardig."

"Stayed here as part of a Newmarket holidays tour. We were given a nice sea view room (306) with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view each evening after hectic days touring. If you have mobility issues this hotel is not suited to you as there are a lot of steps in order to get down to the restaurant or ‘beach’. One lovely lady, who uses a walker, and her daughter, who were part of our group, could not join the rest of us for breakfast or dinner due to the amount of steps, which was really sad as she could not enjoy the views like we could., they had to eat all their food at the tables in reception, away from the rest of us. Food was not very good, what little choice of an evening there was, was usually cold or at the very best warm! Not great. My hubby and I aren’t really picky when it comes to food, but we really struggled! Pool towels are provided with a deposit. If use use the pool, sun beds are free, but you have to pay to use the sun beds down at the ‘beach’ (beach is really a small concrete area with steps into the water, with a few sunbeds and umbrellas or on a floating pontoon without sun umbrellas. For the amount of people wanting to use it more umbrellas are needed, due to the intense sun/ heat. On check out, we were not leaving the hotel until 13.00, but were told we had to vacate the room by 10.00. They do not offer a complementary room in order to wash and change after using the pool or beach before departure . I was told I would have to use the outside shower up at the pool. When I explained I would want to wash and dry my hair, I was told by a receptionist that I could dry it in reception, where there were no mirrors. Ok if you have straight hair, but I don’t, I have to style it. This really is not acceptable. A few of the group did decide to sit in reception for the three hours. Great holiday but not the best ending!"
