"Neum is de enige kuststad van Bosnië en Herzegovina, met een kustlijn van slechts 24 kilometer. Veel binnenlandse en buitenlandse toeristen komen er met de auto op vakantie, wat leidt tot een ernstig tekort aan parkeerplaatsen vanwege het grote aantal kamers en gasten. Het hotel heeft een overloopzwembad op het dak, gratis voor gasten (iedere gast krijgt een polsbandje), voor niet-gasten moet betaald worden. Er is ook een groot zwembad op de 3e verdieping. De B-verdieping biedt directe toegang tot het strand. De kamers zijn ruim en hebben balkons met uitzicht op zee. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en zeer bevredigend."

"Hotel is fresh. Clean 10 out of 10. The carpet cover in the room is clean and soft, even on the balcony floor is clean. I'm very brittle, but it's really great cleaning here. Towels are old, but not critical at all. The beds are very solid and the pillows are completely uncomfortable (some twisted bug). Not very convenient in the bathroom to take a shower - a small glass fence and on the floor eternal flood, as neatly as you do not wash. Only liquid soap. Kitchen absolutely without equipment (no dishes, not even jazz). All, the shortcomings ended. "Uitstekend hotel, grote kamer, comfortabel bed. Minpunten: uitchecken om 10 uur 's ochtends, maar dat is hier gebruikelijk, het ontbijt om 9 uur bestond al uit restjes. Het grootste nadeel is dat de kamers om 7 uur 's ochtends worden schoongemaakt. We werden wakker doordat het schoonmaakpersoneel in de gang stond te kletsen, en het was net zo luid alsof we in de kamer ernaast zaten. Ze praatten zo lang dat we niet konden slapen. Het zwembad is mooi en schoon. Heel erg bedankt 👍🏻"

"Stayed here as part of a Newmarket holidays tour. We were given a nice sea view room (306) with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view each evening after hectic days touring. If you have mobility issues this hotel is not suited to you as there are a lot of steps in order to get down to the restaurant or ‘beach’. One lovely lady, who uses a walker, and her daughter, who were part of our group, could not join the rest of us for breakfast or dinner due to the amount of steps, which was really sad as she could not enjoy the views like we could., they had to eat all their food at the tables in reception, away from the rest of us. Food was not very good, what little choice of an evening there was, was usually cold or at the very best warm! Not great. My hubby and I aren’t really picky when it comes to food, but we really struggled! Pool towels are provided with a deposit. If use use the pool, sun beds are free, but you have to pay to use the sun beds down at the ‘beach’ (beach is really a small concrete area with steps into the water, with a few sunbeds and umbrellas or on a floating pontoon without sun umbrellas. For the amount of people wanting to use it more umbrellas are needed, due to the intense sun/ heat. On check out, we were not leaving the hotel until 13.00, but were told we had to vacate the room by 10.00. They do not offer a complementary room in order to wash and change after using the pool or beach before departure . I was told I would have to use the outside shower up at the pool. When I explained I would want to wash and dry my hair, I was told by a receptionist that I could dry it in reception, where there were no mirrors. Ok if you have straight hair, but I don’t, I have to style it. This really is not acceptable. A few of the group did decide to sit in reception for the three hours. Great holiday but not the best ending!"
