"We moesten onze vakantie verplaatsen en het vooruit brengen 4 weken , dus het was het zeer begin van het seizoen , omdat zeer rustig niet open ladingen maar kon vullen de week , dagweer warm nacht tijd omlaag maar was vroeg mei Nessebar oude stad is zeer schoon We hebben de bus een paar tijd om zondig strand £1 weer niet volledig open maar meer druk dan Nessebar , zou defo terug te komen naar Bulgarije in de hoge seizoen Hotel we prachtig personeel briljant niets voor veel problemen , Mijn enige grip was zwembad en zwembad met de zeegulp poo overal op bedden op zonnebroeken , in het zwembad dat niet schoon was in de 7 dagen , we zat het zwembad zei dat een slang af te krijgen een paar dagen uit, maar dat ging ook recht in het zwembad , was zeehonden in de zwembad drinken en wassen in het Maar zoals ik zeg was het de enige problemen Beautiful zie kamer we hadden een van de beste ❤️"

"This hotel is in very bad shape. The rooms look good but there is a terrible situation going on with mold there. I have exposed to mold before so I am very sensitive when it comes to places which have it. I have never smelled a mold that strong. There was also a bad smell similar to cats pee. My eyes burned and I felt sick during our stay in the hotel. The toilet was the worst and the smell was the strongest there. You can see the water damage and the mold in the pictures. I don’t think this hotel is safe to anyone but especially not to those who have exposed to mold before. We had air conditioning in our room but it didn’t work during our stay. The staff was friendly at first but after we had checked in they didn’t gave us any sign of friendliness. We needed to print a document for an event and asked the receptionists if she could help us. She didn’t even say hi back or look us in the eyes - she just told coldly no and continued calculating her money. We told that we would go to an event where we need just one printed document and she just told us again that no. We would need to go to a book store (is there even one in Sunny Beach?) and she could not help us. The best part was that there were working printer beside the lady. It was clear that she just didn’t want to help us. In the check out morning they called to our room in advance to get our out of the room even though there was still time to go to do the check out so we were not late. Breakfast was quite okay. First morning they runned out of coffee beans and the staff just walked in front of me and laughed mean instead of helping. Cleaning staff was rude and they watched us oddly like they were mad to us about something. Very rude service and dangerous rooms for your health. Problems with mold is not a fooling matter. Being exposed can do serious damage to you. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Please take care of yourself and don’t come here."

"My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere. I even checked the mattress, and it looked brand new. The hotel is also very quiet at night and you don’t get disturbed by the partying in town when you want to sleep. It seemed that the reception was manned 24/7 and it felt safe. The family that runs the hotel is really friendly and I can tell they are working hard to keep the rooms in good condition. They are also helpful with anything you might need. For instance; They drove us to a far away beach for a good price when we didn’t want to travel with the local taxi cars. They have a pool, which we didn’t try, but we checked it out and it looked squeaky clean as well. We also felt safe with leaving our belongings in the room, such as passports and expensive clothing. Oh, and the hotel is located in a good spot. It is close enough to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarket etc. They even offered free parking when we rented a car."

"Since the hotel is already quite old and has clearly seen better days, we did not expect anything particularly special, although there are always things that could be improved. The reception desk looks more like something you would find in a bank or office, behind glass. The glass is covered with printed A4 sheets containing various notices, warnings about fines, and other information. All of this could be presented in a much nicer and more welcoming way. We had never experienced a hotel where you cannot check in before 3 p.m. before. Okay, we can live with that. However, hotels usually at least provide towels and some basic information, wifi or instructions while you wait. At this hotel, there apparently were no pool towels at all. Even so, someone could at least have explained where everything was located. We had to ask ourselves where we could leave our luggage, wifi, how to get electricity in the room etc. The lobby itself is cold and unwelcoming, almost as if it were located in some kind of outdoor hall. The waiting/seating areas on the different floors, along the corridors, are even worse — just a leather sofa and a table, with no plants, artwork, or any other decorative elements to make the space feel warm or inviting. Very big empty cold hall. We found the lobby toilet where we could change our clothes. Obviously, you do not leave the toilet door wide open while changing, even if you are doing something by the sink. At one point, a cleaner suddenly came in, shouted at me angrily, and said that the door must always be left open. Okay, I guess next time guests are expected to change their clothes in front of people passing through the corridor. The receptionists do not speak much English, and they have difficulty understanding anything more detailed or specific. The room key is not a card. Instead, there is one key for two people, with a heavy metal tag attached to it, about the size of a room key card. later we found out it was also the card used to activate the electricity in the room. That was a first for us. The room itself was okay, nothing fancy. Plastic garden chairs at the balcony, dirty sidetable, that was never cleaned from the dust. The one thing that is always a problem with these small hotell, is that the cleaners apparently never want to sweep or mop the floors. There was already sand on the floor when we arrived. Towels were changed every day, and the bed linen every two-three days, but the floor and drinking glasses were never cleaned. No signs to put on the door, no information about the times or hotel or tv. No paper or pen. Unfortunately, our bathroom also had a serious problem. The bottom of the shower cabin was leaking, so just 10 seconds of washing your feet was enough to cause a flood on the bathroom floor. We asked four times for extra towels over several days, speaking to different receptionists each time, but never received them. Eventually, I asked to speak to the manager. The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"

The staff are it's true gem especially Sharif in the he lobby bar makes the best coffee by a mile but saying that they are all absolutely fantastic nothing is too much, & considering what they have to deal with day in & day out, our room cleaned every day if you wish. We’ve stayed in many all inclusive hotels over the years, and the variety and quality here were among the best we’ve experienced. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Public areas, gardens, pools, and common spaces were always clean and looked beautiful. Speaking of the pools, they were fantastic. Plenty of sunbeds, clean water, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you wanted to enjoy family activities or simply unwind with a drink. Every member of staff, from reception to housekeeping, from restaurant employees to bartenders, seemed genuinely interested in making guests happy. That positive atmosphere can only come from good leadership, and it was clear throughout our stay. "Het hotel is in een fantastische locatie, hoewel het rustig is. Bij de controle op de receptie personeel was niet erg handig waar de kamer was, enz. en niet erg informatief over hoe te bereiken naar plaatsen, enz. buiten het hotel. De Nessebar-vracht vertrekt van het strand van de hotels, maar niemand van de receptie wist of zou zeggen hoe te bereiken op de jet of de prijs ervan, ook al adverteren ze de vracht binnen het hotel. De man die de handdoeken uitleverde was veel meer informatief en werkelijk helpend. Hij zei altijd goedemorgen enzovoort en verliet de dag met u, hoe druk hij ook was.De kamer was redelijk goed gereinigd, maar waarschijnlijk omdat we er veel van gemaakt hebben. Het eten was oké, maar het proberen om wat te krijgen was niet altijd de moeite waard om te drukken en te doen dat de Russische gasten leken ok te doen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze niet hoefden wachten zoals aardige mensen deden en hun wachten. De bar in de Joy Bar Bramin was geweldig, net als zijn collega, en hij nam de tijd om te praten en te proberen ons te ontmoeten. Het personeel van het schoonmaken en restaurants had meer tijd moeten besteden aan hun mobiele telefoons, wat een wereld van verschil in onze ervaringen heeft kunnen maken. Het is een zeer belangrijk probleem dat de Commissie in haar verslag heeft geformuleerd en dat de Commissie haar werkzaamheden heeft voortgezet. "

"We got a nice spatious room with beautiful view over the sea. The food was tasty and there was variety of it during our whole stay. I don’t know why but the coffee in machines was always sweetened already and there was no option to choose a sugar free coffee. The staff is lovely and very helpful, we rented a car with them, all went smoothly and in a reasonable price. You can go out straight from the pool to the beach which is clean and nice, and it’s very convenient. It’s a pity the hotel doesn’t have its own au beds and umbrellas on the beach. I also must say I saw once a lifeguard by the pool who instead of watching the guests, was watching his phone… Although not everything was perfect, we are very happy with our stay!"

"Ik ben na 15 jaar teruggegaan naar Bulgarije... en er is niets veranderd... maar als het gaat om het hotel, is het geen lift, een kleine kamer, airconditioning, op het balkon een tafel, draagbare bedden. Een socket voor de hele kamer (geen badkamer), met een beveiliging die u niet kunt verbinden met de plug-in-grens. De kamer is niet schoon voor 5 dagen. De badkamer lacht omdat u op zoek bent naar een douchecabine of een badkamer, en u bent boven de wasmachine met een douchebatterij en de slang is vast aan de muur. Geen droger en toiletten. Ontbijt is zeer bescheiden, koud. Ik ga zeker niet terug en vlieg naar niemand. De enige plus is dicht bij een breed zandstrand en restaurants, bars, winkels, bushalte. Ik adviseer oprecht een reis naar Nessebar (4 km)."

"I would not stay here again unless the room came with a toilet that was not inside the shower. I’ve never known anywhere where you’re expected to shower where you s**t. The room I stayed had toilet water flowing into the shower when you flushed the loo. Really terrible plumbing. Your literal faeces flowed back out into the shower and needed to be rinsed into the drain. I asked for the toilet to be repaired at reception but something lost in translation and they sealed the base of the toilet. Twin room is ok size. Food is very nice, generous portions. Lifts are small and cramped but similar to most ski resorts. Communal spaces on each floor are nice but sound travels easily and you can hear conversations if your room is close to the hall areas. Location great as it just near the bottom of the piste and accessible to the snow and beginner slopes."
