I had a delightful stay at the Gateway hotel. It's a perfect place for spending a quality relaxing time with family. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained. The lawns are amazingly large surrounded with greenery. There were activities for my son, the pool is amazing and the hot jacuzzi was simply outstanding. Staff is very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety. We also enjoyed sitting in the lobby in the evening hearing a wonderful flute player. The massage and spa services were also outstanding and the staff there is well trained. Everything at the hotel is outstanding and made a memorable vacation for us. We plan to visit again.

Room offered to me as per my choice I was lucky.. Next is Dinner 🥗 fabulous buffet so big spreads and taste is awesome.. in restaurant the entire team was making me and my family so important team also took care of my children Joeg singh Restaurant ***ager was taking care of my children giving them gifts and offerings them cake and sweets helped me and my wife to enjoy the dinner.. One person I can't miss is Ved Prasad you will always find him around you in restaurant he is so caring he always knows what guest wants and in next moment it's on your table... He was so friendly to all the guest around he was always sure what guest want.. on each table. I recommend you to stay at Express Inn with family, property has everything you want your family to enjoy

The ambiance, lobby, restaurant are simply great. We specifically loved the interior and modern amenities offered in the room. Special thanks to Mr. Pratik (***ager) for arranging interconnecting rooms for my family with good discounts on tariff. In terms of buffet breakfast...limited options available that the only thing i like to suggest on improvement side. Overall it was a great experience and would certainly like to stay again in future.

I had a delightful stay at the Gateway hotel. It's a perfect place for spending a quality relaxing time with family. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained. The lawns are amazingly large surrounded with greenery. There were activities for my son, the pool is amazing and the hot jacuzzi was simply outstanding. Staff is very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety. We also enjoyed sitting in the lobby in the evening hearing a wonderful flute player. The massage and spa services were also outstanding and the staff there is well trained. Everything at the hotel is outstanding and made a memorable vacation for us. We plan to visit again.

A not so great experience. Excellent checkin but bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. Used sheets were not changed and it took some time for the staff to change them. Towels had lost their original white colour and need to be replaced. No mats provided outside the bathroom door as a result a lot of wet patches in the room. Food in the restaurant was good and the serving staff were good. But there were a lot of flies hovering around the tables and food. One hand was utilized in shooing the flies away. Given the cost of the room expected better things. Plus point more than adequate parking space, located ideally on the highway easily accessible.

I stayed in Hotel MBC Citadel Nashik ***** with my wife and two children for 1 night from 13Feb to 14Feb. The property is located in central location and really wonderful. The ambiance, lobby, restaurant are simply great. We specifically loved the interior and modern amenities offered in the room. Special thanks to Mr. Pratik (***ager) for arranging interconnecting rooms for my family with good discounts on tariff. In terms of buffet breakfast...limited options available that the only thing i like to suggest on improvement side. Overall it was a great experience and would certainly like to stay again in future.
