Elite Rooms

Clean, safe, spacious suite, privileged position next to central station and bus stop to airport. Breakfast is a mix of croissant, pastry, butter. All from supermarket. Not local products. Very poor. Not juice. Totally disapponted. Not salty choices, no eggs. Nothing producted in the property. The quality of esspreso offered is high. Actually breakfast is NOT breakfast. Kettle in room needs to be replaced (full of salt, dirty).

Close to train station. Lovely rooms and helpful owner. Breakfast was very good. Only thing is you have to pay city tax with cash and they don’t tell you this until the end. Everywhere else we have stayed we have been able to pay city tax by card so we don’t bother carrying cash anymore. Otherwise very good.

My partner and I stayed in Naples for 1 night and booked Elites rooms. The owner, so helpful and friendly, kept in contact to greet us on arrival, gave great suggestions regarding where to visit for drinks, food and sightseeing. The room was as the names suggests, elite, elegant and chic. all the detail put into the space made it a wonderful place to stay. Although we got in so late, the owner came back a few hours later to ensure we had breakfast 3 hours ahead of the breakfast time as we had an early start. We couldn't recommend this place any more.

The building in which the hotel is located bears no resemblance to the hotel itself, so visitors should not be put off by the first impression of the location. The hotel interior is a total contrast to the surroundings. We were very hesitant until the owner (Antonio) showed us into the hotel reception. He was extremely helpful and must have spent a fortune on creating the hotel, which is small and only consists of 3 rooms and a breakfast area. The quality of the decoration is exceptional with marble tiling everywhere and beautiful decorations. Parking was available in the courtyard. Great value for money. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Highly recommended if you are staying in central Naples.

Hatten Zimmer im 4. Stock. Laufen oder Fahrstuhl gegen 20ct. Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bett/Matratze gut. Top in Nähe Bahnhof gelegen, um alles unternehmen zu können. Leise, was die Geräusche von außen angeht, nicht aber, was die von anderen Räumen oder vom Flur betrifft. TV bietet keinen anderen Sprachen als italienisch. Wer‘s braucht… Frühstück Fehlanzeige bei uns, weder aktiv von Vermieterseite angeboten, obwohl man sich dazu melden wollte, noch aktiv auf Nachfrage hin, was denn damit sei. Bedauerlich, weil bezahlt. Trotzdem würden wir uns dort wieder einmieten.

Ho alloggiato in questo b&b per 4 notti in marzo 2024 contattando direttamente il proprietario Antonio, ragazzo molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La struttura è molto nuova, elegante e pulita. Camera funzionale con Wi-Fi, frigo e Smart tv. Colazione con possibilità di mangiare in sala oppure in camera. All’orario preferito (7-10) ai trova tutto pronto: cornetti, torta, bevanda calda e succo. Punto di forza sicuramente la vicinanza alla stazione centrale/garibaldi (2min a piedi). Consigliato! Non bisogna spaventarsi della casa vecchia. Trovato assurdo l’ascensore (non dipende dal B&B naturalmente) che per funzionare bisogna introdurre 0,20€ a tratta. Antonio fornisce tali monete per tutti i viaggi dell’ascensore. Super gentile anche Genny. Consiglio per migliorare ulteriormente: fare manutenzione delle stanze. In bagno maniglia della doccia rotta, pressione del lavandino quasi 0, mancanza cassaforte.
