Zeer tevreden over het verblijf in dit 5-sterrenhotel. Zeer ruime kamer en fantastisch ontbijt met uitzicht op de Golf van Napels, stupendo. Personeel behulpzaam en zeer professioneel. Locatie niet in het centrum maar met een wandeling kun je het toch bereiken.

Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good.
Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds.
A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

酒店位置棒，特別是重新裝修後房間設計感強，空間大，乾淨整潔，物品齊全，服務人員熱情友好。站在房間的陽台，海天一色。頂樓的餐廳視野開闊，各種甜品豐富，無意看到窗外休憩的海鷗窗台上踱步，還挺配合我拍照，平添幾分趣味，又多喝了一杯咖啡☕特別點贊當天餐廳負責的小夥子，服務耐心周到！

Bel hôtel situé dans un quartier très agréable et pas trop loin du métro, belle vue.

Petit déjeuner très bien même si un peu cher
Un bémol: compte tenu du standing de l’hôtel , une bouteille d’eau quotidienne par personne dans la chambre serait appréciée . Celles du premier jour n’ont pas été remplacée par la suite .
La pré-autorisation faite le 1er jour pour des consommations éventuelles dans l’hôtel, n’est pas bloquée mais débitée dès le 1er jour et ainsi que la taxe de séjour quotidienne.

訂的豪華海景特大床房顯示30平。到店後給了一間20平最普通的房型，兩個人行李箱都打不開。和前台溝通給看了訂單圖片，前台質疑説不應該以網上圖片為主，態度惡劣，説想住圖片的房型可以加錢。就離了大譜！後來聯繫攜程客服解決了，加了150歐。算下來花了4000/晚。全程耽誤了一個半小時左右。這家酒店慎選！那不勒斯真是一個神奇的城市。混亂夾雜不靠譜，打車也是基本沒有按表收過錢，結束後基本都會以各種問題加錢。住了一晚後火速逃離到了索倫託。。。
更離譜的是離店三天發現扣除信用卡的按金竟然未退回。。。這家坑人的酒店不建議入住。

因為對原來在攜程訂的那不勒斯的酒店極不滿意，才臨時決定改到了這家酒店，連住了三晚，額外支出了好大一筆費用。酒店的海景房景觀非常不錯，衹是房間太小，甚至連桌椅都沒配備，這對於當地最好的豪華五星酒店之一來説是讓人無法接受的。

服務很好，早餐在五樓，品種豐富，視野開闊，可以看到海灣。升級了海景房，非常幸運看到了日出。房間面積不大，有點侷促，但隔音非常好。
