Altea Royale

Very nice small BnB with lovely staf. Great value for money. The service was one of the best experiences we ever had!

My confirmation from ********** indicated that check-in time ends at midnight and that front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. I e-mailed the property in advance that I would be arriving at the airport shortly after 7pm and provided my flight details. This was acknowledged. Arriving at the property sometime after 8pm I knocked repeatedly on the locked front door, but nobody answered. With the help of a resident in the building, and later the proprietor of a nearby B&B, we telephoned the provided number for Altea Royale several times. Nobody answered. After eventually finding alternative accommodation for the night, I returned to Altea Royale the next morning and explained the problems. They apologized profusely and promised to provide a full refund. I accepted the apology and stayed there for the second night as booked. The story would end there - except Altea Royal have now reneged on their promise and are refusing to provide the promised refund. You can certainly find superior, professionally run accommodation nearby. Altea Royale simply cannot be trusted.

Greatly appreciated my stay at Altea Royal, it is ideally situated and Rosana did everything possible to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. She even provided me with a fan, as I rather avoid to use the AC. I highly recommend!

Sono stato più volte in questo B&B ed ogni volta sono stato benissimo. Stanze confortevoli ed accoglienti. La pulizia è ottima. Inoltre il B&B si trova a due passi dal centro storico. La ragazza alla reception è molto cordiale e parla benissimo l'inglese, sa indicarti le zone di Napoli da visitare e dove andare per pranzo e per cena. Consigliatissimo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Nonostante fossimo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in, siamo stati accolti senza problemi. Molto tranquilla come zona, nonostante sia nel pieno centro di Napoli. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Ambiente accogliente e pulito, a disposizione tutto l'occorrente per sentirsi a casa. La vicinanza del centro storico è un'altro punto a favore. In più, la signora Rossana è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, consigliandoci i posti da visitare,pizzerie o trattorie dove si può mangiare ...sicuramente ritorneremo a Napoli e pernotteremo ad Altea Royale.
