"We reserveerden 2 overnachtingen in dit hotel omdat er een shuttlebus werd beloofd, gelet op de afgelegen locatie van het station. Deze shuttle bleek onbestaanbaar, waarop we poogden ons verblijf te annuleren zonder boete. Dit werd geweigerd zodat we het hotel bereikten met een taxi.. Toen we na een lange reis 's avonds aan kwamen, bleek dat er zelfs geen ontbijt kon worden voorzien. Men had dit zelf geschrapt na onze vraag tot annulering zonder kosten Na het nodige aandringen werd dit ontbijt dan toch terug betaald. De met veel bravoure aangekondigde restaurant bleek gesloten en in omgeving viel geen restaurant te bespeuren. Hoewel de infrastructuur goed is, bevindt dit hotel zich in een desolate omgeving, het ligt aan grote stopplaats voor vrachtwagens, Zeker geen omweg waard als je weet wat Japan op dat vlak heeft te bieden.
