"We arrived at the Chinar Hotel on March 28th. We were warmly welcomed by the resort staff and quickly settled into our room. Afterward, 11 wonderful days awaited us at every point of the resort. We thank the entire staff: doctors, nurses, and workers, including Dr. Tural Bey, chef Ramil Bey, the resort management, Murad Bey, Meded Bey, Dr. Khurshud, pharmacist Tunzale Hanim, guest relations representative Elvira Hanim, bath attendant Eldaniz, and massage therapist Ahmed Bey. We really hope to see you next year at the wonderful Chinar Resort."

"In a year, the new manager has sunk the resort to rock bottom, I'm not afraid to say it! They're cutting corners everywhere! The food has gotten worse, the room cleaning is terrible, the toiletries they use are the cheapest they can get (I'll attach a photo). The food is terrible. Thursdays used to be fish day, but now they aren't. The director told the boss they need to cut costs 🤦‍♀️, on us? Sorry, 250 manat per day! The tea and detox water that were in the treatment center have been removed, and we were told to buy them at the bar 🤦‍♀️ There's not a single water cooler in the entire hotel! The restrooms in the treatment center don't close, and there are no locks either, the toilet lids are broken everywhere, you have to press two buttons at the same time to flush the toilet, this is in all the rooms. There are only four free treatments, the rest are paid and very expensive, even inhalations are paid! It's impossible to work out in the gym; there's no air conditioning, and the windows don't open at all! The pool isn't heated or cleaned! I hope the main office reads this review and takes the necessary measures! I absolutely do not recommend this resort to my friends! I'll only return once the management changes and everything that was under Orkhan returns! Back then, I really wanted to come back again and again! The only positive thing that remains is Merdan Mamedov City Naftalan, through whom we make our reservations! It's a pleasure working with him; I recommend him for other hotel reservations."
