"The hotel is very pleasant and ideally located, right on the lake and next to the old town. The location is truly perfect for fully enjoying Murten on foot. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They speak French, English, German, and Italian, which makes communication very easy and enjoyable. We had room number 3 with a city view. It was spacious and the bedding very comfortable. The only slight drawback of our stay was the soundproofing: on the street side, it's quite noisy with the passing buses. Earplugs would be a nice touch. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. There are paid parking lots on both sides of the hotel, which is convenient. We recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"Fantastic breakfast and lovely welcome for our dog : bowls + a treat The room could have been aired, we didn't manage to cool it down and hardly slept so we didnt extend our stay. No minibar, no reserved parking space. The open air cinema close by, no mention of it when I booked and I booked a day prior arrival. We moved to another hotel in the outskirt, cheaper, better"
