"We hadden een paar prachtige dagen in Schloss Fleesensee, het belangrijkste doel was ontspannen. De plek voor dit was perfect gecombineerd met de natuur vlak buiten het hotel. Het personeel was erg aardig en we zouden graag terugkomen."

"I don't know why most hotels seem to mess with their new guests. I arrived, having booked a room with a lake view, and was given a room under the roof with no Wi-Fi and a lake view through the bathroom window. My complaint was met with a slight eye roll at reception and the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. There were 10 cars in the parking lot, but it had space for 100. Eventually, I did get a room with a lake view and Wi-Fi. It had a bed with a saggy mattress and all the charm of the 90s. No kettle, no coffee, no tea in the room. The spa area is decent, I couldn't find the gym, and the à la carte food was a poor attempt at being good, but not very well executed. It wasn't exactly cheap and was served with a touch of stress. The continental breakfast was ok. Would I come back? No."

"De kamer (met uitzicht op het meer) is geweldig als u de prachtige zonlicht ziet. Grote privé-lake toegang met comfortabele woonkamers en strandtoestel en badkamer plus drager in de kamer maken voor een perfect strandvakantie. Ik vind het leuk dat u kunt kiezen uit dagelijkse schoonmaak in plaats van een drankje voucher. De enige schuldige was de kok van maandagochtend... en hij moet zich herinneren dat het de gasten zijn loon betalen. Hij vroeg hem om de items op het buffet te vullen (goed voor 11 uur) leek te veel voor hem en toen een gast hem vroeg om een verse eiertafel te bereiden zei hij dat ze onderbemand zijn en dat er al genoeg eieren opties gekokt zijn en ze moet kiezen. De volgende morgen zag een kitchenette meer personeel rond en een speciale keuken die vers eieren koekte. De keuken van maandagochtend was nog rond en nog steeds grof. Daarnaast waren iedereen vriendelijk en welkom. Nice sauna gebied en goede fitnessapparatuur."

"We stayed at the Beech Resort Fleesensee as a rather unusual family: a grandmother, two mothers, and their 6- and 7-year-old children. We had a lovely, centrally located apartment – ​​but even at the opposite end of the complex, everything was within easy walking distance! It felt like a small, quiet village with plenty to explore. The pedal cars we rented nearby were a highlight for our children, who could easily zoom around the entire resort since cars aren't allowed. You can also rent wagons for your luggage. The atmosphere was fantastic, and even when the weather wasn't perfect, our stay was simply wonderful. For us adults, the warmth and friendliness of the staff was truly memorable: we especially took to two of the waiters, who made our time there extra special. If you're looking for friendly service with a bit of fun, keep an eye out for Bianca Rossow and Thomas Holz ;-) Just a heads-up: you should register for the buffet in advance. Those planning to self-cater should bring some food, as the selection in the on-site shop is quite limited. Since we weren't prepared for this, our breakfast was usually meager – we were only able to reserve a spot at the buffet one day. However, from 12:30 pm to 9:45 pm, you can easily get various meals in one of the restaurants. Children's activities also need to be booked a day in advance to guarantee a spot. The resort is small and needs to be well-organized. The adjacent Aquafun water park is always worth a visit if you're unsure about anything. Anyone who understands that some planning is necessary for their stay shouldn't have any problems. We certainly didn't starve, nor were we bored ;-) On the plus side, we were able to spontaneously put our children in childcare one day. In summary, we will definitely be back, and this time we'll be a bit better prepared :-)"
