"I stayed at Termus Hotel at Balneario de Archena for 3 nights in June 2023 with 7 friends. The hotel and food was average, but we were there for the spa which was lovely and the sunshine. Of the four rooms we occupied, guests in two of the rooms experienced items going missing from our rooms. We reported this before our departure, as we wanted to pack and check all areas to make sure they were missing before reporting it. Before we left, two hotel staff members came to my room and asked if they can search the room for my missing item. The search suggested a degree of mistrust, as though we were lying, but I agreed to the search. They couldn't find it, even after also searching my personal case and bags. They didn't find the item, and I was told they would look into this and we could remain in contact to resolve the matter. However, what followed was over two months of unhelpful and unprofessional emails from the hotel, sometimes having to chase for a reply. All we wanted was for the hotel to acknowledge this had happened in their establishment, to tell us how they had look into/dealt with this (more than simply checking how many times our key card had been used!) and to offer compensation so we could replace our items. We had initially agreed not to post negative reviews on TripAdvisor because we expected the hotel to resolve the matter. However, after weeks of frustrating emails and nothing being resolved, we agreed to place reviews on TripAdvisor to warn future guests. When notifying the hotel of this we were then accused of 'blackmail'. My item (a ring) cost £60, and I don't think I'd go through all this trouble to make £60!! It was more about the principle of it rather than any compensation, and what is right and wrong. Items should never go missing from your hotel room, and if they do the hotel should deal with this with the highest professional standards, but sadly that has not been our experience of this hotel and I therefore do not recommend staying here. "

"The pool and sun terrace area are stunning and there is plenty of space around so as not to be crowded even in summer. Everything was spotlessly clean. The service is great at reception and in the bar and restaurant area. The only negative is the lack of bars in the immediate vicinity."

"We booked it through a website, Weekendesk, which offered a dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner consisted of a cold ham and cheese sandwich, a banana, and a soft drink. When we complained, they gave us a salad, but nothing special. We had to go downstairs to pick up dinner and eat it in our room, sitting on the bed, as there was only a desk and a chair. The spa, as promised, has seen better days; the facilities didn't work properly; some are awaiting repair, but when the jacuzzi was working, it was the sauna that was broken, and nothing worked at the same time. We tried to get our money back, considering that the Weekendesk ad offered dinner, breakfast, and a spa, but the Hotel Executive Sport Restaurant, which it doesn't have, flatly refused to refund us. This hotel is located in a remote industrial area, a 10-minute drive from Totana, which we already knew, but the photos of the spa and the possibility of dining at the hotel after hiking around the area all day and arriving tired, made us think it was a good idea. This is my personal experience. I feel cheated and they ruined my 3-day vacation. The worst thing isn't the money, it's the feeling that you've been the victim of fraud, of deception, and on top of that, they ruined your vacation."

"Such a beautiful hotel. It is located close to the pier and right at the edge of the walking bit of town. So you get to explore all the restaurants and cafes and walk around without having to move for a long period of time. Did not realize it was a branch of the Marriott hotels, so it was a lovely surprise. They have elevator parking, but can be pricy if you’re staying for a few days. The staff were all super lovely and welcoming, felt super comfortable."

We spent an hour to contact the apartment and get inside. The location is good. The apartment is not clean, only shower gel is provided, so better to have your own cosmetics etc. A LOT !!! of ants living in the apartment."

"Uitstekende ervaring, we oorspronkelijk een ander appartement (nog Appartements Turistico) ongeveer 200 meter afstand, de dag voor de reis werd ik geïnformeerd dat het appartement niet beschikbaar was wegens onvoorziene omstandigheden, maar ze hebben de Puerta aangeboden De eerste klasse van Whatsapp was vanaf het begin de communicatie met mij. Bij aankomst waren ze verontschuldigd en bieden ons een gratis goeie zak, evenals de upgrade. Het appartement zelf was pracht, schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden voor de verblijf. Er waren 3 vrouwen op de receptie en ze waren briljant, vriendelijk en professioneel. Er is ook een aangrenzende parkeerplaats die vroeg op de dag kan worden ingelogd voor een kleine extra kosten."
