La jefa de recepción es muy borde … en la piscina del hotel había una mierda como saco en las fotos que la pise … estuvo la piscina cerrada después de eso , y no se pudo utilizar , y yo contraté un hotel que podía utilizar la piscina y estaría todo limpio y el servicio de habitaciónes no pasa y si vas a recepción a decir que pase a limpiar te vacilan y te dicen que está todo limpio …. Tengo fotos y vídeos y e denunciado no lo recomiendo para nada

Bella Struttura, camera spaziosa e con molti comfort. Trascurabili difetti: leggera macchia su un asciugamano, comunque pulito, e guarnizioni doccia usurate. Ad ogni modo Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La experiencia y estancia aquí ha sido muy buena, era la segunda vez que venía aquí con mi pareja y esta vez ha sido mejor que la anterior. La nevera de la habitación funcionaba correctamente, la localización del hotel está perfecta, tiene muchos supermercados cerca y también restaurantes de comida rápida. En cuanto a la limpieza, la habitación seguía oliendo a tabaco a pesar de que era una habitación para no fumadores, igual que la primera vez que estuve aquí. El secador tienes que estar pulsando un botón todo el rato y al final se te cansan los dedos, y al menos en nuestra última habitación no había enchufe en el cuarto de baño, por lo que no pude plancharme el pelo frente al espejo. Por lo demás, el trato fue muy bueno y la cama muy grande y cómoda.

First, I must point out the hotel is well located around a few restaurants and shopping centres, and is only a 25-minutes’ walk into the main town square. The front desk staff were good and helped where they could. But unfortunately, I have to give an overall 2 Star Rating for this hotel as I made a rookie mistake, and in my rush to get to a meeting I accidently left my watch in my work bag. When I returned it appeared that a member of the cleaning staff searched my bag and stole my watch. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they are very sorry this happened and that was it. No follow up, no incident report. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I have to say this is the first time this has happened. It a shame as I did like this hotel for the location but as a result of this incident, I will not be staying in this hotel again on any future trips to Murcia.

Didn't try the breakfast - 12 euros each - too expensive.
We had breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel
