Around 5 minutes walking distance to Food street Jalan Haji Abu and street art. There is many banks and convenience stall nearby too. No fridge in the room but that fine for me. Staff are friendly and basement parking available but limited spaces, roadside parking is fine. Will come back again, thank you!"

"While this is a budget hotel, its rates are surprisingly not the lowest among the budget options available. For a small town like this, many other places can do a significantly better job at this price point. You are definitely not getting your money's worth here. The Positives: Location Convenience: There is a mini-mart right below the inn, and two decent food places nearby. That is the only redeeming feature of this stay. The Negatives: The Room & Bedding: The room is tiny and feels incredibly cramped. There is almost no counter space to place your personal belongings, and it lacks basic amenities like a fridge or a wardrobe. Worse, the mattress springs/elasticity are completely worn out, causing you to sink right into the bed. The linens also looked old and vintage in a bad way. Pest Issues: On my very first night, I spotted a cockroach in the room. Broken Amenities: Maintenance is clearly neglected. The aircon and TV remotes barely worked, and the yellow lamp was completely broken. No Privacy: I specifically booked a room with a window, but it faced directly into a private house, completely defeating the purpose of privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. Zero Service: They didn’t even bother to provide housekeeping on my second day. Verdict: Basic convenience downstairs doesn't make up for a buggy, broken-down, and uncomfortable room—especially when it isn't even the cheapest budget option around for a small town like this. Save your money and book somewhere else"
