. / It was my 1st time to this hotel. The FO staff & houskeeping was very friendly & helpfull. The room quiet old but still nice. Television have many channels & function well. Easy access to the Wetex Parade Mall. Overall was a nice stay. .

Location is in the center of Muar town. No hot water and facilities very bad.Near by lots of foods to eat

If you are checking in for the sake of sleeping only and don’t mind the rest, then go ahead. Not sure about the other rooms but the biggest turnoff for us is the bathroom. Mould stain seen in every corner. Flushing system is bad (you have to double flush) and it spins so slowly. You have to take a shower standing inside the bathtub. The only plus point is their aircon. Very very very cooling. No photos taken cos just wanted to sleep for a night and check-out the next morning to continue with our road trip. Front desk service is good. The hotel deserves a good makeover. Hope the management can do something about cleanliness. Location is great. I’m sure with better quality rooms, you can get more repeated and new guest staying over.
