On the day we checked in, it seemed that the hotel had business activities. There were a lot of people, but it did not affect the check in.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

The location is great, cross the underground passage to the Kremlin and Red Square. The best thing is breakfast, there are two kinds of caviar, champagne, etc. You can watch the Kremlin while having breakfast. In the opposite direction of the Kremlin, you can go to the Internet Red Supermarket (there are less than a few gift shops in the supermarket, the price is cheaper than buying a doll on Red Square), and then a few more are Pushkin Bronze Statue Square, crossing the road That's Pushkin Café (this one was later built, really in St. Petersburg) and the Turandot restaurant next door. Will have the opportunity to live again in the future.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel! We love this hotel very much! Ideally located for us! Downstairs there are shops, cafes, a pharmacy! It is convenient to get to any direction! Or even walk! To the Red Square to walk a maximum of 10 minutes! In general, we like this hotel) there is no even thought to change for another! The rooms are stylish, clean, the food in the hotel is delicious!

It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very enthusiastic. It is very helpful to ask for directions and change change. PS room service is awful and expensive

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

Very good location, close to Alba Commercial Street, about 700 meters from Smolensk subway station. It will be a bit hard to start looking for the location of the hotel. The location is opposite a hospital and the backyard of the Russian Federal Reserve Bank. Решили отметить мой юбилей в Москве, выбор пал на отель ”Мастер Бутик”. И выбор был удачным! Во первых расположение отеля выигрывает во всех отношениях. Центр мегаполиса, но невероятно тихий центр. За углом кипит жизнь, Арбат, Смоленский бульвар... А в номере, окна которого выходят во двор, невероятная тишина. Сам отель - несмотря на 100% заполняемость (это были праздничные дни июня), за 5 дней не встретили не одного постояльца. Звукоизоляция номеров - идеальна. Номера с оригинальным оформлением: дизайн, стиль, удобная, огромная кровать, большой телевизор, чайник (чай, кофе, сахар), очень большой санузел (моющие принадлежности), фен (для кого принципиально - без насадки для укладки). Постель меняют через 2 дня, полотенце - каждый день, уборка на отлично. Особую атмосферу отеля создают девочки на ресепшен. Нас радушно встречала Ирина, милая, улыбчивая, красивая девушка. К нашему удовольствию и уезжали мы в ее дежурство. Благодарность всем сотрудникам , работающим в отеле. Единственное, что я бы не советовала, это завтраки. Кухни и столовой в отеле нет, выбор минимальный, поэтому, если любите на завтрак горячий омлет или что -то вроде, этого там нет. В меню два вида каши, блинчики с грибами или яблоками, сырники и запеканка. Два блюда на 1 человека. Чай или кофе. Женщине- достаточно, для мужчины это не подходит. Тем более рядом огромный выбор точек общественного питания. Недалеко ресторан ”Арбатский Базар”, с прекрасной кухней, где все блюда по 300 руб. (можно забронировать столик или заказать доставку). Резюмируем: прекрасный отель с отличным расположением. Рекомендуем.
