I have traveled around the world and been to many great hotels especially business hotels like this Sheraton. This is by far the best I’ve been to despite the woes Moscow is going through. I couldn’t possibly mention everybody’s name that has helped my wife and me but let me start with Natalia who checked us in and took care of us. I have not met Anna Pavlova the general manager but she clearly knows how to run a fantastic property. I’m in the hotel business myself so I know something about it. The front test team is wonderful, the FNB team is great and the housekeeping team is perfect… I cannot recommend this hotel if you come to Moscow enough… I stayed at three other hotels in the city and this is by far the best in a great location… congratulations to everybody here.

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

Rested in this hotel with 18-20.06.2023, room 906. Of the pluses it is certainly location. It was very convenient and quiet. Staff on the resepschen guest room. The number is classy. quiet, modern, everything is good, but the service at them in the cleaning of rooms is suffering. I think the cleaning staff forgets that you have 5*, not 2* or 3*. Cleaned us a room, changed our bed linen, put us new shampoo and even left half used. But friends, how can you clean up the room and not remove the garbage from the bucket? But it's all tiny. How could you pick up the glasses from under wine and not return them back? How? !!!!!! You exactly 5*? We had to drink champagne from glasses for water because at 1 a.m. I didn't want to bother you. It's a straight capet as we didn't like it. Cleaning 2 points and also forgot to return the glasses. About the mini bar. ) What does it mean to leave a pledge on the receptacle? You have the cheapest room cost more than 10 thousand rubles, you have a hotel 5*, probably to come to you for a holiday far not poor people to ask for a pledge. Nowhere did I meet this, but maybe I would use your mini borough if it was open. And so it was closed. (And also of the downsides: in the corridor sometimes felt cigarette smoke. It's very bad. The overall result is: Get out who worked on June 19th in room 906 and either fine him or issue a check-list in the native language of the cleaner so that he can't miss anything. You don't have 5*100%. We went to Kazan after your hotel to Marriott Kazan Kremlin 4* and I I would say your staff should learn from them how to clean the rooms properly. There was everything perfect. I recommend that you finish this item and you will have 5*.

The hotel has a good location. It is near the metro. It is possible to reach the red square in 15 minutes. Famous ”Lencom” in 3 minutes walk. I liked how warm and trembling treated the guests as close and long-awaited. Fresh spacious rooms. Bed linen with pleasant crystal. Delicious food in the restaurant. Food can be ordered in the room. There is a free parking. There is everything you need in the hotel, you don't need to drag even umbrellas and charging devices for gadgets. Good hotel for a moderate price

A very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to everything one might need (restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, even a bookstore is walking distance). Major Moscow landmarks are easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, they helped me to get my parcel. I had a comfortable room on the 8th floor with a lovely view on Pushkin square and really enjoyed the sauna and the spa complex. The hotel has a small but useful gym on the 3rd floor and a beautifully decorated lobby.

Single travel, this hotel is very suitable. The rooms are like dormitory, each room is the same size, about 10 square meters. The bathroom is more spacious and enough. But the sink is too small, a little bigger than the palm, in fact, the size of the two-size sink is no problem. The location is very good, near the Belarusian station. Belarus Station link Xie Airport, great. There is breakfast, not all is rich, simple, and can be full. The room is not big, two people are enough, the facilities are old. The National Day price is relatively expensive, 2020 yuan three nights, but Moscow is not cheap. In summary, if you are not too concerned about the room, care about the location. Recommend this hotel

К сожалению вынуждены были два раза переносить заселение, отель пошел нам на встречу ,хоть и крайне неохотно. Новое заселение было запланировано на 31.10. по 10.11.2023. Я созвонилась с отелем и мы решили сократить дни в отеле ,оставить с 7 по 10.11.2023. Гость должен был приехать 8.11 с утра и мы с администратором по телефону ( о чем есть запись) договорились бронирование поставить с 7.11.2023 как гарантированный ранний заезд. По итогу утром гостя не заселяют. Сказав, что бронь не подтвердили. Ссылаясь на то, что они якобы мне звонили за день до заезда для подтверждения брони. Никаких звонков не поступало, тем более пропущенных у меня нет (у меня всегда телефон в зоне видимости). Я уточнила, почему если вы не дозвонились во первых сразу снимать бронь? И почему мне не продублировали информацию о подтверждении по почте? Мне сказали, что моей почты в анкете не указано….. а как же тогда мне изначально приходили данные о бронирование на почту?? Разговор с администратором Сергеем и Старшим администратором ни к чему не привели. Они убеждены в правоте своих сотрудников. Извинений не принесли и решить ситуацию не захотели. Ссылаясь ,что все сделали по правилам и вообще все номера заняты. Деньги внесены, услуга не оказана, впечатление испорчено. Такое отношение возмутительно. Вопрос о возврате денежных средств не стоит, мы пониманием, что тариф невозвратный, но нельзя же так нагло относиться к своим гостям.

The hotel was booked naturally, the room category was increased free of charge. Everything liked! At the location is just perfect! Very tussous area, near Depo. Shops, cafes, all around in abundance. To the metro minutes 15. The rooms themselves are new, clean, stylish. Inside the silence. We didn't take breakfast, but there is a place to sit and drink tea/coffee, heat food in a microwave. Probably would have stopped there next time, considered it and on previous trips, glad we finally chose you this time)

Будьте внимательны, он действительно эконом и действительно без окна, особых ожиданий лучше не питать. Есть все необходимое, нормальный санузел, нормальная сантехника, микроскопическая раковина, фена нет, видимо по запросу на рецензии. Комната 5-6 метров, тв есть. В целом, все хорошо. Нет окна и этим все сказано. Будет постоянно желание проверить помещение, особенно после принятия душа. На 1 ночь - бронируйте не глядя, расположение вполне приличное, тихий центр, в пешей доступности московской зоопарк и мастерская-музей Церетелли. Если проживать более двух ночей - лучше номер стандарт с окнами. Уборка на 3 с минусом. Пол можно было и по лучше помыть. В раковине чистить слив требуется после каждого гостя, а не иногда. ТВ лучше повесить на стену, на полке он категорически отсвечивает экраном, если смотреть лёжа на кровати. А так, нормальный эконом отель. Номера более высокой категории- всегда выигрышный вариант.

Overall rating is ”Very Good” for the price and location. Not an easy approach, and taxi took some time to locate it. Though the address is Staropimenovskiy per 11/6, the entrance is located on Vorotnikovskiy. There is no lift, so best to travel light, but receptionist assisted us carrying baggage to our rooms and on departure, bringing it down. Good facilities - microwave and refrigerator. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to metro and centrally located Baggage room for checkout for late evening departures Reception said we could wait in restaurant until 7 pm as we had a night train to catch, to Saint Petersburg. It seems the manager was not too happy to see us waiting in the restaurant, and probably for not ordering any food or drink. Perhaps the manager appeared rude as we were there, as the receptionist said we could wait in the restaurant, and there weren’t any customers waiting for our table! Good selection for breakfast, though not buffet. The single person took orders, cooked/prepared and served in fairly decent time. She does a great job. By the way it is at least half an hour from Red Square, bur the public transport is pretty good, especially the metro.

A cool hotel five minutes walk from the metro. The location was very convenient for business trip. The cost per night was 3500, which is basically the average price for hotels around. There are a number of options and cheaper and more expensive. The room was clean, with interesting design. Every room in the hotel is unique, as you can understand from the photo, but I didn't have to choose the room. In general the hotel liked: friendly staff, cleanliness, was also quite quiet, the neighbors didn't bother. The standard category number was small but I was comfortable. Those who travel not alone can confuse the glass doors to the bathroom. In general, the saucer is very small, upset the absence of at least any shelf, where you could fold cosmetics and washing items. But it is not all critical and compensated by the class design of the surrounding space. The only substantial drawback for me was that the window was quite persistent. It had to be enabled Heating is full, the good of the battery is regulated. Also tense was the absence of a curtain on the window, which could again protect from the passing and excess light, as the available rollers only shine slightly. Very, very much liked breakfast! It was in a new cafe that is located in the same yard as the hotel. The cafe is very cozy and atmospheric and breakfast was prepared just fantastic!
