Humedad en habitación y olor .instalaciones viejas y no bien mantenidas. Baño anticuado, decoración anticuada, insonorización deficiente. Me recordó más a los moteles baratos que a las cadenas de hoteles de marca. gestión ineficiente.
buen restaurante pero eso es todo
Nunca volveré, ofertas mucho mejores en otros lugares.

Intercontinental Cali was brilliant. On arrival I was able to upgrade for my total stay, and the staff were super helpful. Great hotel and there are 2 very safe neighbourhoods walking distance from the hotel in San Antonio and El Penon. A special shout out to Paula who helped me and my friend with activities and insights. A credit to the hotel. Paula was brilliant. Andres also was fantastic in arranging things to do and being super helpful. Great people. Would stay again for sure.

Exceeded my expectations!!!! This hotel is amazing and all staff is always ready to help you … also the restaurants and food is excellent…

Breakfast was excellent-fresh with lots of variety. The room and bathrooms were clean and welcoming. The gym had good variety of dumbells, machines and cardio equipment. Overall, very happy with our stay.
