"Rather disappointed at the hotel given the cost. I visited for 5 days with my daughters. While the resort is clean and feels somewhat newer, the service is just lacking. We’d have to call in the middle of the afternoon to have our rooms made up. There’s always a wait for a table and the restaurant service is really slow. I called the front desk to get help with luggage upon check out and no one was picking up. There were incorrect charges on my bill. I emailed the front desk twice to share feedback and no one replies. Rather disappointed to pay Four Seasons room costs for Howard Johnson service. It’s just unfortunate. Was really expecting a much better experience."

"This is a nice clean Hotel with a lovely pool The breakfast is more than acceptable. The only problem is that this hotel caters to a significant number of construction workers who are up and are moving at 5:15 in the morning. Problem with that is the doors on these rooms and the exit doors slam so hard you will not get a bit of sleep from 5:15 on. Stay away from the first floor rooms and the rooms toward the south end of the main building."

"The freezer was constantly melting ice/freezing/re-melting, so the bottom of the freezer looked like an ice-skating rink and it looked like it was raining into the fridge compartment, ruining a lot of leftovers. There was also a slow leak from the toilet seal, leaving water pooling in front of the toilet. Tub drain completely rusted. None were a huge problem, but I expected way more upkeep for the price. Iguanas rampant but not their fault (regionally invasive)."

"I would give this hotel zero star if it’s allowed. 1) slow check in service though we can manage it 2) shower head has too little water flow. It seems the water pressure isn’t enough even it’s on the ground floor 3) A/C is super noise. It works like a lawnmower at night. Who’s still using these out of date appliances? Also it took a long time to bring 3 degrees of room temperature. 4) Using WiFi requires you to register a Hilton account. I already have one but it didn’t show an option to log in using the existing account. I had to put all my info there and register one again. If you don’t do this, you will need to pay $5 for the WiFi. 5) room light is dim. I know the hotel wants to save energy but it’s just not bright enough. Some pros for the hotel. 1) good parking lot with enough spaces 2) ocean view right next to the hotel 3) offers free drinks but you may need to pay some tips for the bartender, and I’m okay with it 4) good pool view and not so crowded. 5) very close to the airport, within walking distance. I’ll not choose this hotel again. However, for people who can accept the above facts, it may still be a choice at a reasonable fare."

"The hotel is really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable overall, and it had access to a gallery. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and felt quite worn out. Breakfast was poor — mostly cold items with not much variety. There is on-site parking for $30 per night, which is convenient, and golf cart rentals are also available. The staff were great — friendly and polite. The location is excellent! Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
