"Het pension heeft niet alle verwachtingen vervuld. Het gebouw ziet er heel chic uit. We waren er met onze dochter en kleinzoon. In het algemeen waren de kamers schoon, in het buitenruimte is nog veel lucht naar boven (gebroken trapplaten, veel wilde kruiden in de vuur, enz.) . De badkamer was zeer klein, een klein wasbad en geen goed licht, smaak was zeer moeilijk...Helaas was er ook te weinig opslagmogelijkheden of een kleedkast niet aanwezig. De situatie is goed, vooral omdat het niet ver naar het burger- en steakrestaurant was."

"This hotel is situated in a beautiful, picturesque area. Gardens are gorgeous. The inside of the hotel is also quite lovely. There are several attractions nearby (caves, nature walks, the town). If you walk the area, you will notice waterfalls, rivers and lovely little niches, each prettier than the last. The room was a little smaller than we would have liked, but it was clean and, the bed was comfortable. Our window opened up towards the waterfall so it was nice listening to the water at night. Breakfast and dinner were good. Plenty of food and choices, including Hungarian fare. The bar in the common area also served some pretty (and delicious) beverages. The gym, pools, salt room and cold plunges were quite satisfactory and clean. Staff were friendly, efficient and very kind if you needed some information or help. I'd recommend this hotel for its history and the beauty surrounding it."

"I wanted to have a nice family dinner with my husband and kid and came across this Bastya Wellness hotel. We arrived at 7 pm and ordered our appetizers and drinks by 7:15 pm with approximately 10 guests in the restaurant including my family. The server a young woman came across and took our main course order at 7:30. At 8 pm the restaurant only had my family and one other couple left inside. Around 8:10 I proceeded to find someone to figure out what was taking so long with our food. This time I approached a server a young man who responded to me that I should be patient and that the kitchen was busy, which I in turn responded I would’ve been if someone had come over to our table and explained to us what was taking so long and the restaurant is empty. After the young man's response to me, my husband and I decided after a brief discussion to leave, and sure enough, our food arrived at 8:13 pm exactly. While I struggled to eat a well-done steak after I asked for medium rare I spoke to another person who was attached to the hotel whose name is Zolton. I asked Zolton if he was the supervisor and he said no as he continued to listen to my frustration. While we tried to make the best of the meal we were not happy so decided to leave. On our way to pay the bill, we were informed by the same rude server that we got a discount because the food took too long. I would just like to say thank you to Zolton but the restaurant staff need to get their act together."

"Basically it was ok. The staff were helpful and amicable. Breakfast only runs till 9am which is rather early to finish it. The hotel has a restaurant but the food in it isn't really good. Except for the pizza which was very good. Location is a bit isolated, but accessible by car easily. Some staff don't speak much English but the younger ones are better. Overall not too bad and not too expensive."

"The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area. Our room was ok, but we found clothes left behind from other guests in the drawer and on the floor … bathroom’s window could not be closed properly so the bathtub got dirty after a heavy rainstorm. Room was ok for this price but it was also very loud - which is more an issue with the other guests and not with the accommodation itself."
