Had an issue which the hotel resolved appropriately. Staff are kind and friendly. Swimming pool and hot springs very pleasant, and at a cheap price. Breakfast was Yunnan noodles, egg, and congee. Can park car onsite and take pets.
Overall good stay, hotel could do with a clean up/refurbishing

很糟糕的一次旅程，本來是臨時決定的行程，因為正逢清明假期，在攜程上訂到了房間才決定出發的，200多公里，駕車兩個多小時才到，還帶着兩娃，結果來到酒店前台跟我説他們有個新來的工作人員房間沒有作預留，那不是我的問題啊，我訂單確認的才出發的，我就靜靜等待他們處理，結果前台大姐説因為是他們工作人員的問題，給我優惠100塊錢，換一個不帶泡池的套房，聽着就來氣，開什麼玩笑，我定的是帶泡池的套房，本來就比她説的不帶泡池的貴一百多，而且我們就是蹦着私湯去的，説的是人話嗎？我沒同意，結果又説給我升級一個庭院私湯的套房，讓我等着打掃衞生，等了快一個小時，我等不得了，自己去看了房間，老闆也出來解釋了，説這個庭院私湯套房到下午四點了衞生還沒搞好是因為玻璃門碎了，沒有門，這不是開玩笑嗎，沒有門怎麼睡，經過再三協調，老闆親自出馬給協調了兩個挨着的房間，帶娃是真不方便，不過來都來了，又是假期，訂房也不好定，衹能接受了。這衹是房間的一個插曲，最糟糕的是晚上睡覺，居然有無數小強在床頭爬，把小孩嚇得一夜無眠，再也不會選擇這家酒店了。

適合出遊入住離景區很近，喜歡拍片的不要衹在酒店玩水，去外面看湖裡的黑天鵝和野鳥很出片哦

寒冷陰雨天🌧️來到了這個櫻花盛開的酒店，為陰冷的旅途增加了一絲暖意，工作人員服務熱情周到，房間寬敞乾淨衞生整潔，雖然外面也有露天大池，但很高興訂對了自己房間帶私湯温泉的泡池房，陽台上泡着温泉欣賞着窗外漂亮的櫻花🌸温暖的愜意襲上冬日疲憊的身軀，好一陣舒適的放空自我，滿意

喜歡帶泡池大床這間陽台的感覺很舒服，特別有陽光[太陽]灑進陽台泡着温泉的時候，早上去酒店外面不遠處的沙灘玩風景很好

不錯的一家温泉酒店，周邊就有各種小吃店，住房寬敞舒適，酒店游泳泡温泉都方便，服務員態度和藹可親。到濕地公園散步遊玩也很方便，此酒店價格也合理，值得過來入住遊玩。

游泳池很乾凈 房間安靜 停車方便 工作人員態度很好 隨時做到有求必應 老闆很熱心的介紹了附近的旅遊攻略 還幫我們聯繫了東方韻景區門票 每人省了二十大洋 離湖泉生態公園很近 值得推薦

圖一是臟的彷彿垃圾袋召回的沙發，圖二是因為空調壞了，放在房間裏備用，卻也是壞了的風扇，圖三是顯示16℃，但是沒有絲毫晾意的空調，圖四是已經壞了不能坐人，卻不知道為什麼還留在房間的椅子，圖五圖六是房間縫隙那些泥巴，那些青苔，那些發了黴的不知道啥的東西，想定這家店的人，多看看吧

温泉及游泳池非常棒，池子大，水温熱，開放時間長，凡是入住的客人均免費泡温泉和游泳。 離旁邊的湖泉生態園特別近 服務好 熱情❤️🔥 晚上睡覺比較安靜 可以一覺睡到天亮 停車方便。
