Life House, Little Havana

L’hotel si trova nella little Havana , molto curato , sembra di fare un salto nel tempo. Non ha purtroppo la colazione però hanno un caffè buonissimo free . Sul rooftop c’è una vista bellissima e il cibo è molto buono , come anche i drink. Hanno anche un parcheggio gratuito

As scammy as Miami gets. This isn’t a 4 star hotel, it’s a 2 star air bnb. You know why? A mandatory $69 cleaning fee (despite terrible cleaning practices, see pictures for dirty towels - we got so many towel replacements and they were ALL greyed with black spots - and red stains on the sheets which show that they have very little investment in proper laundry services; no actual front desk, only keypads and someone present in the corner of the room when you arrive (no 24/7 presence, not even during core day hours). Plus, this is an unsafe neighborhood. There were multiple homeless on the street sleeping and dogs unleashed. And see the photo attached for your view - the first time we looked outside a man behind the broken second story window was staring right at us. Please do not come here. We stayed at an actual 4 star hotel after cutting our trip here short and it was a world apart. There is a reason that most of the photos of this place on Google are of the lobby and restaurant (which we never saw open) and not of the rooms and conditions themselves.

The Life House hotel in Little Havana is really good. The rooms are nicely designed. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks in the rooms. Convenient to have after a night out. The area is really nice. Just a short walk to good restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly here too.

This place is absolutely lovely, I really love the atmosphere and the staff is so friendly and welcoming, I had a really bad experience prior to this place somewhere else, and going here, completely turned my trip around and made me so happy. Definitely a great place to stay. Super friendly staff and beautiful rooftop environment to enjoy and relax when felt like getting out! Will definitely be back.

The neighborhood was questionable as it is a few blocks off of the Main Street thru Little Havana. Walking to the main business area mid-day made us feel somewhat uneasy. Wouldn’t have done it at night. Common areas were very well kept, very nice decor and comfortable. Rooms were a little tired for a newer property due to furniture being banged up. Few amenities in the room such as no iron/ironing board. Self-check in process in the lobby was different, although we were greeted by the manager who was very professional and accommodating. Our 3rd floor room had a lot of street noise being right next to and just over the side door outside the entrance to the elevator, which provided access to the roof top bar/restaurant. We could hear everything on the street. The bar/restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. I ordered a basil martini and it was the smallest martini I had ever seen, only 2-3 ounces. The charge was $19 AND they charged $4 for muddling. Maybe it’s a Miami thing but, in all my travels, I had never seen that before. All in all, wouldn’t return. Not a great value for the money. We were expecting more.

This property is truly special. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel warmly welcomed, provide recommendations, and answer any questions (shoutout to Sergio & Davis)! From the amazing scent when you walk in to the beautiful decor to the INCREDIBLE rooftop restaurant/bar to the great music, it’s all such a great vibe. The value is also incomparable. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
