This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city centre and the train station. The hotel is like a noble palace, the public areas and rooms are very good, and the breakfast is good. What surprised me the most was that I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, and I was able to stay in the room directly, which is very rare in Europe.

Just an incredible hotel! Unusual design, well-equipped rooms, although Turin is very central, but very quiet. Valet parking is 25 euros per day. Fast wireless network. Great breakfast, tasting cheese and sausage. Thank you for probably the best accommodation in town for the price!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is perfect for getting around, just 5 minutes from Porto Nuova station and easy access to the airport bus. All the major sites are in easy walking distance. My room faced the square and was spotlessly clean. It even had a kettle which was a pleasant surprise. All the staff were really helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

A hotel under Best Quality, its chain also has the best quality hotel in the Polytechnic University at the back entrance of the main campus of the Politecnico di Torino, and the best quality hotel in the Milano Marina near the small train station Porta Susa. I have to say that the bedroom facilities in this hotel are the worst of the three. There are sundries in the room, dirty things in the closet and bags that the previous guests did not take away, but the bathroom is still quite clean. The advantage of this hotel is that the front desk is very welcoming, and all staff members stand up to welcome or farewell after entering and before leaving. The English of the service staff is also a standard of fluency. Breakfast follows the consistent style of Best Quality, with diverse varieties, elegant environment and excellent service. In addition, the hotel is located in the downtown area of the city center, and there will be bustling people downstairs in the evening on holidays, and the sound insulation of the rooms is poor. If you stay in the spring and autumn season, the air conditioner will not work and the room will be very hot or cold.

Most tourist attractions are within walking distance or can easily be reached by bus or tram. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and they do their utmost to make your stay a wonderful experience. We loved the breakfast. It was very tasty and there was a great variety of food and drinks. We had two single rooms, which were very clean. My room had a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard (see picture). This hotel offers a wonderful stay in Turin at a reasonable price.

Excellent hotel with super central location and nice rooms. Also the breakfast is very rich and tasty, better than some 5 star hotels in turin. The breakfast also features local specialities which you won't get at other hotels in turin. In addition the staff is extremely friendly, especially the woman at the reception. I would definitely come again.
