Room is really clean, with a microwave, coffee maker, a fridge, iron and ironing board. My room has a small balcony. They don't serve breakfast but have coffee 24 hours. Front desk staff are considerate and professional.

Although Denise the manager was awesome, I wouldn't come back to visit. 1st I didn't know this place was located in a not so nice area & doubles as an apar**ent for some. The bed was uncomfortable & I kept hearing the toilet run. The 1st room we had had an issue with the tub but Denise was on top of it & showed me 2 other rooms I could change to. She was very nice. Unfortunately the place just wasn't what I expected. I would give it 3 stars

The front desk staff was amazing! He was so patient so helpful and really was just so nice! Made the situation I was in so much easier and just appreciated the welcoming feeling!

Renovated and nice easy check in. Smelled like smoke in the hallways and the neighborhood is nothing special.

The room was nice and clean, had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable-more so than my own bed. The people staying there are so quiet at night-unlike other hotels I have stayed where people are noisy. I stay there every time I need to be in Phoenix. The staff is very friendly.

First room we got was filled with smoke, no sheets and dirty towels. 2nd room was better but still not great. Front desk person was really nice though.

Clean rooms - well-kept grounds- did a good job of keeping out riff raff. If your next door to loud people you’ll hear everything they do, sound-proofing could be better. More pillows would be cool. Overall, for Mesa, the value is good & I will be returning.

The staff is really great the room was good my only complaint is they told me i couldn't have my service animal with me at the pool
