The people who works there are really kind and helpful but the hotel is beside a road with big traffic and the rooms are not sound proofs. There was a constant noise all night that was really bothering, I couldn't sleep well.

The only negative about the hotel is its location which is far away from the centro historico of Merida; otherwise it’s a great place.

The hotel is ideal for short stays in Merida, especially to travel around since its location is excellent. The room was nice, not so cozy, but clean and quiet. It was a value-for-money option.

We stayed there with 23 people from mission outreach group. It was a very good experience and a good value for the money we spent nine nights there.

It is fine I would give a 3 star rating Beds and pillows are quite uncomfortable They should change them Breakfast is just continental breakfast Staff is very polite

Basic hotel with no real amenities except for a pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was toast, fruit, juice and coffee. But there is also a limited paid menu for other items. Location close to main avenue and food options.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating of our request for ground floor room. Easy check in and out. Good for the price.

Our room was very clean and the property appeared well-maintained. For the price, it was adequate. One challenge was that there weren’t enough outlets to plug in 2 phones and 2 Cpap machines because some of the outlets were only 2 prong and some required you to leave the light on for the outlet to work. The beds were rock hard and only had a flat and fitted sheet - no blankets or extra pillows in the room. The free breakfast was either cold cereal, toast or sweet bread, fruit and coffee - no protein. If those few things were improved, itd be amazing.
