Very comfortable room. Location excellent on Plaza Espana in centre of Merida. Very good breakfast. Good variety of food on offer. Staff very competent and friendly. Rooftop pool helped us cool off after day of sightseeing. Did not use hotel valet parking service as considered price too high. Hotel reception staff were more than happy to show us suitable location for free on street parking, which worked well for us.

This city is probably not on the tour bus ”Europe in 15 days” tour group and it's a LONG way from most other places in Spain, but wow is it ever worth visiting. The Parador is well located and we had a good time there. Being the off-season, it was not too busy and service was very good. The only minor issue was that the A/C in the room was not working and despite it being November, it got a little warm at night (24°C) although ti dod not cause us any issues with sleep. Perhaps it was shut off for the season. I mean, you don't usually need A/C when it's 20 degrees outside. Highly recommended.

We choose this hotel because we already where there. Nice hotel with a very helpfull and friendly staff and a good restaurant. On our arrivel early in the afternoon we got already in the entrance a “strong smell of the sewers” who you could smell in the whole hotel and this until the other morning. We used the restaurant service on our arrival, and also in the evening, then we got our second bad experience, there were arrived 3 coaches with Chinese tourists, in total 101 of them. We got them in the room next door and it seems to us that they were remodelating the complete room, they moved with the furniture for about 3 hours, then in the restaurant they were more than noisy, they do not have any respect or education at all, lucky for us the staff has moved them into another room for the breakfast in the morning, they arrive with thermoses and bacpack to fill them with drinks and food for the day, we have this experience from other hotels where we had also Chineses in the hotel. So for this time a sad experience into the hotel, lucky for us that the staff is so friendly- Very important, this is the second time we are going there, so do not follow the “Gps” on the “Avenida Reina Sofia 78, 06800 Merida, Spain” - he wil send you into the other direction, comming from “Badajoz” just follow him until you arrive in “Merida”, look out for the sign of the hotel, and drive always straight in front, passing so several roundabouts, and this will lead you into the industrial area of Merida, just follw ahead and you will see the hotel on your right hand side when the road is going uphill.

Small boutique hotel with a lot of charm. The hotel looks like it was someone's summer home that has been converted into a quirky, little B&B. The staff was oh so friendly and more than willing to answer all our questions. The hotel sits on a small street that is within walking distance to a plethora of Roman ruins plus a number of small restaurants, one which sits rights next to the Temple down the street. If we ever come to Merida again, I would definitely stay at Hotel Spa Adealba.

Rooftop pool helped us cool off after day of sightseeing. Did not use hotel valet parking service as considered price too high. Hotel reception staff were more than happy to show us suitable location for free on street parking, which worked well for us.

Small boutique hotel with a lot of charm. The hotel looks like it was someone's summer home that has been converted into a quirky, little B&B. The staff was oh so friendly and more than willing to answer all our questions. The hotel sits on a small street that is within walking distance to a plethora of Roman ruins plus a number of small restaurants, one which sits rights next to the Temple down the street. If we ever come to Merida again, I would definitely stay at Hotel Spa Adealba.

This city is probably not on the tour bus ”Europe in 15 days” tour group and it's a LONG way from most other places in Spain, but wow is it ever worth visiting. The Parador is well located and we had a good time there. Being the off-season, it was not too busy and service was very good. The only minor issue was that the A/C in the room was not working and despite it being November, it got a little warm at night (24°C) although ti dod not cause us any issues with sleep. Perhaps it was shut off for the season. I mean, you don't usually need A/C when it's 20 degrees outside. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a free parking, although we park our vehicle on the street to the door of the hotel without much problem to find a place. The hotel is quite affordable, we pay €70 per night for three people in a room, with breakfast included. You can ask anyone who serves a coffee, cocoa milk or infusion (which can be requested in any bar), and as a feedback you can ask some cookery or bread to swallow or throw oil. We choose this hotel because we already where there. Nice hotel with a very helpfull and friendly staff and a good restaurant. On our arrivel early in the afternoon we got already in the entrance a “strong smell of the sewers” who you could smell in the whole hotel and this until the other morning. We used the restaurant service on our arrival, and also in the evening, then we got our second bad experience, there were arrived 3 coaches with Chinese tourists, in total 101 of them. We got them in the room next door and it seems to us that they were remodelating the complete room, they moved with the furniture for about 3 hours, then in the restaurant they were more than noisy, they do not have any respect or education at all, lucky for us the staff has moved them into another room for the breakfast in the morning, they arrive with thermoses and bacpack to fill them with drinks and food for the day, we have this experience from other hotels where we had also Chineses in the hotel. So for this time a sad experience into the hotel, lucky for us that the staff is so friendly- Very important, this is the second time we are going there, so do not follow the “Gps” on the “Avenida Reina Sofia 78, 06800 Merida, Spain” - he wil send you into the other direction, comming from “Badajoz” just follow him until you arrive in “Merida”, look out for the sign of the hotel, and drive always straight in front, passing so several roundabouts, and this will lead you into the industrial area of Merida, just follw ahead and you will see the hotel on your right hand side when the road is going uphill.
