"The pickup bus at Memphis Airport took a long time to arrive, so I had to wait about an hour. The pickup location at the Hilton Hotel was apparently far from the shuttle area, but only the staff had decided on A, B, and C, and there were no signs at the airport. In Japan, the hotel name and location are displayed at each location. It's not so much the Hilton Hotel's fault, but rather the American approach."

"Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites MEMPHIS ARPT ELVIS PRESLEY BLV by IHG

"Located not far from the south side of the airport, there are not many supporting facilities around, only a few scattered stores, and Subway is opposite. Local friends said that the security here is not very good and suggested that we move to another place. So I gave up the 5-day room reservation and went to another place. The hotel hardware is actually pretty good, the rooms are relatively new, and there are coffee machines and microwaves. The front desk was run by a black lady with a so-so attitude."

"De locatie is geweldig en comfortabel voor alle gebeurtenissen in het centrum. Het hotel personeel was ruw, hulpeloos en om het te boven alles uit de airconditioning was ons hele verblijf. Ik vroeg om verhuisd naar een andere kamer waar het antwoord niet was. Ze vroegen of ze fans hadden voor situaties als deze zeiden nee. Plus ze betalen mijn kaart twee keer voor de kamer."
