Great stay. Walking distance to Bourke St Mall.. supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants all close by. Room was clean, really spacious, and had a great balcony overlooking the park. Check in / out was really easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen facilities are good for a longer stay. Request high floor to make the most of the view! Would stay again.

Quick easy checkin, friendly reception. Hotel is a GREAT location right by Flagstaff Gardens and just along the street from Queen Victoria Markets. Easy walk or free tram ride to anywhere in Melbourne CBD. Room was big with a well appointed kitchenette, a super comfy bed and a decent sized balcony - our room looked right over the park with amazing views south of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, metro and tram downstairs, big room, new facilities in gym, however there are a few problems:
1. Slow Wi-Fi (＜5mbps) , intermittently lose connection or internet access, basically unable to browse smoothly at night.
2. Only one set of towel for each person is provided,but the hotel only clean the room once a week, so if you expect clean towel every day or expect the rubbish bin to be emptied soon then think twice before booking.

William Street is a few minutes' Tram ride from MELBOURNE CBD. In fact, generally anywhere within Melbourne Free Tram Zone is near the CBD, hence only 4 stars for Location. Overall will recommend.

A decent hotel close to cbd area. We spent three nights in there and it had all we needed to spend these nights. Lovely balcony with a look to the park, we enjoyed our breakfast so much there

Location is great. Close to the public transport and easy to walk to CBD. About $10 dollar if you take Uber. The room is clean and tidy. Great value with this price. I booked the RM1313 and it has a balcony with the garden view. Parking rate is good but I couldn't get any spot there as it was fully booked. Recommend to book ahead as they have limited parking spaces. Staff at front desk is helpful and nice. There is a cafés just next door and it's easy to get a hot coffee in the early morning. Overall, excellent experience!
