Worst experience ever staff slow and unresponsive it took me one hour and many reminders to get the bellboy to carry our luggage to their ground floor exit to the point we had to do it ourselves even though I have a disability and despite my many reminders, the only one good member of staff was Abbie the Night Duty Manager other than that it is a dreadful property, the room was boiling we called the maintenance person who said the filter had to be changed and it took a call to Abbie to make it happen, if you call housekeeping they don't respond so after 20 minutes of waiting and another call they eventually showed up, it is supposed to be a 5 star property but they act like a 1 star, staff are disinterested and cold they are and act like robots, all except Abbie! Will never choose them ever again even though I'm a member of the Marriott Bonboy chain!
