"This was our third time staying at the hotel. We have much family in the area and we stay here as it is close to all of them. We arrived late June, in the middle of a nasty heatwave. We check in at the hotel and are told that the air conditioning is not working in the hotel and they didn't know when it would be repaired. It was unbearable. You would take a shower and immediately start sweating as you tried to get dressed; as if you were living in a sauna. It was not repaired during our stay. Upon check-out, we asked to speak to a manager, as we did not see one there the whole time. They were not present, so we asked the front desk if they could email management and give us a discount or credit for the horrible conditions we had to endure. We never even received an apology email or an offer of any kind of compensation. This is how you treat returning guests? We spent hundreds of dollars on the room; prices were high due to the summer season. It would've been respectful if management cared enough to take care of their guests!!"

"The room was laid out like a typical three-star hotel, but the overall experience was extremely comfortable and elegant, comparable to a five-star hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the balcony offered stunning views. There was a restaurant with delicious food; enjoying drinks and conversation with fellow travelers in the evenings made for wonderful memories. Highly recommended!"

"Het hotel is op een geweldige locatie met het strand op de deur. De recensies van 2019 doen niet het hotel gerechtigheid - ja, het is een beetje net als het bezoeken van uw oma's strandhuis, maar de lijn was schoon, het personeel vriendelijk en echt handig, het uitzicht op de kamer is uitstekend en ons ontbijt was een goede keuze. Dit voelt als een bezoek aan familie - iedereen praat met ons en helpt als we onzeker waren. Wifi is over het algemeen goed en het beste in of nabij de lobby. Het hebben van het restaurant en de bar op de site is geweldig."
