"We zijn hier al ongeveer 15 jaar, wanneer we naar de Twin Cities komen. De familie vroeg of we een andere keer zouden kunnen blijven. Ik word ouder (79), en de douche is een beetje moeilijk voor mij. Het is in een tub, en de zijden zijn rond. Er is een handschoen, maar je moet omdraaien om de shampoo en lichaams wassen te krijgen. We begon hier te blijven omdat het dicht bij de MOA was, maar de kinderen zijn volwassen en we gaan er niet veel meer... in het afgelopen jaar begonnen ze $10 te betalen voor parkeergelegenheid... en hebben geen nieuwe kosten. Het parkeerterrein is er altijd geweest en zal er altijd zijn, dus het leek net een geldbeslag, het is ook geen slim idee, want ik heb gehoord dat er tijdens onze drie nachten over klaagden. Het zou beter geweest zijn om de kamertarieven te verhogen met $10, omdat de meeste mensen het niet merken. Zeg de gasten dat ze $10 moeten betalen voor parkeerplaats leek een dom managementbesluit."

"Omg. The first floor room was like somebody’s basement— the flooring (not carpet) was a modern linoleum. Not a picture or decoration anywhere. Could have been a jail cell. TV at the ceiling. Bathroom looked partially updated. Nice mirror with light. The room was right next to the front check-in and therefore door. It was a tolerable noise level until 11:30 when, apparently, a number of loud conversationalists in the lobby woke us."
