Hotels in Mataram

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

I stayed at this hotel from the 19 to 25 February, 2023 (7D6N), on the 8th floor (8XX). This hotel has very strategic location, especially close to the Mataram Islamic Center. The guest room is minimalist but roomy compared to similar competitors. The variety of breakfast is quite complete. The hotel staff are friendly, starting from the security, receptionists, as well as the restaurant section. What makes it special too, every day the hotel provides free Lombok-style snacks and a mini bar which is filled with soft drinks and snacks every day (free of charge too). Just a suggestion for a safe deposit box so that the size is slightly enlarged, at least it can store a 13 inch laptop 😊. If there is an assignment in the city of Mataram, God willing, I will stay at this hotel again.

Stayed at the Santika Mataram hotel for two nights and I can say for sure that it is closer to 4 stars than giving it 3 stars. The staff is very professional and friendly, the whole hotel is very well maintained, clean and stylish. The room is of the same standard as some well-known brands (such as Beauty Palace, Novotel, Hyatt, etc.), although the scenery is not very beautiful, it is not the hotel's fault. Wi-Fi is included, free and very fast. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of everything from a variety of halal dishes to Western food, noodle soup, porridge (rice porridge), and it is in a good location, right next to the pool and surrounded by plants. I would definitely stay here again, it’s centrally located, 10 minutes walk to Mataran Mall, shops, restaurants and so on. And very good value.

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. Trip always provides the best service and easy access to customers

Hotel location is very good. Near Mataram Mall and eateries. Breakfast is also good. Room is big with fridge n good wifi connection.

My family stayed here for 2 nights. It was super nice they gave our room an extra bed on the day of our arrival, however we had teribble experience in the first night. Our room had several electricty power failure several times (6 - 7 times) and finally they offer us to move to other room, and suddenly they charged for extra bed, I was so upset and told the receptionist to put the extra bed charge to our bill and I asked to meet the manager first in the morning. In the morning i met Ibu Aming their hotel manager, she was super nice and being sympathetic, after hearing my story she waive extra bed charge from our bill and even offer us to upgrade to deluxe room. I definitely recommend Sunwood Hotel if you are looking for city hotel in Mataram, they got everything you need, pool, spa, restaurant and variety of foods in breakfast buffet.

I gave 2 not because of the Hotel and Service facilities provided, but because all the standard rooms in this hotel are smoking rooms, I already asked the receptionist for the non-smoking room that there is no standard non-smoking room and the room This standard is in the old building, finally to remove the smell with a chamber spray, the room still has a cigarette ash that was not swept on the floor. The standard rooms in this old building are a lot of mosquitoes, probably coming in from the mosquitoes' bathrooms. Unfortunately no evidence is given that standard room = smoking room at this Hotel. For other facilities, swimming pool, photo spot, and breakfast are already according to the owned 3 star value. When I stayed in breakfast, there were 3 menus of vegetables, such as lodeh, nangka, and one I forgot.
