Отличное расположение, суперские виды из отеля, по близости есть отличное место для серфинга, в самом отеле очень приятная и ухоженная территория, хороший чистый бассейн! Отличный завтрак и ужин! Всё понравилось, кроме кроватей в номерах! Матрацы надо менять! Детокс кроватки не очень комфортны!

Замечательное местоположение и прекрасный океан,но осторожность не помешает,при купании!

Номера достаточно изношенны, не удобный матрас, территория ухоженная, персонал улыбчивый

We as a family wanted to go and relax on the beachside and I was going through a few hotels. In my list, there was a hotel called The Club Hotel Dolphin. She had a sweet voice which impressed me and she was very helpful in giving me all the details about their hotel chain understood very well about my requirements and directed me to this beautiful hotel with a beach. She was the receptionist Ms. Melani Stephan, with her guidance I contacted Mr. Naddun and he coordinated our trip. We thank Ms Melani for directing us there and Mr Nadun for giving us excellent service. As Melani explained, we spent a great two days in the hotel and the private cottagers gave us a different experience, and the food was delicious. we also love the room service and front office service as well. Washroom in the family duplex room was in a very pathetic situation. It was old and broken; Doors and other wood were broken. Sink was old and sink area was untidy. Floor of the washroom was also had cracks and broken. We couldn't use this and we were using other standard room washroom which was in a better state comparatively. But in that room we couldn't close the washroom doors (It was not lockable). Water was not clearing from the drainage system in the washroom and water was staying in the washroom. Dustbin in the washroom was very old and it was not opening and it was disgusting to touch it. A/C in the family duplex room was leaking from the time we entered the room. When we informed it was repaired once, and it started leaking water again in the night. It made a pool of water in the room around the bed. Floor of the room was wet and it was always slippery. Seems water was coming through sand through the floor. Steps to the upper floor was broken and it was risky to go up. Hence we couldn't use the upper floor of the room. We had to pay additional amount for the family duplex room each night but we couldn't use the upper floor and even the washroom of the room. When we requested for room change on 2nd day morning even with downgrade we were refused saying hotel is full and no rooms to change. But on the 2nd day night (9 pm) when we told we will make complain we were offered another room. General concerns: When we requested for baby feeding chair we were told only one chair is available for the entire hotel/ restaurant. Hence 2 kids had to sit in mothers lap and eat. But on the 2nd day we saw 2 chairs.

Our stay at this beachfront resort was truly remarkable, offering one of the best beaches with breathtaking views. We were delighted with the variety and quality of the food served at the resort; each meal was a culinary treat, featuring fresh, delicious ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. Although the rooms are older, they are very well-maintained, combining a sense of historical charm with modern comfort. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job of keeping everything clean and in good condition, ensuring a pleasant stay. The decor might reflect an older style, but it adds a unique character to the experience. The resort's amenities are equally impressive. The swimming pool is spacious and well-kept, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The pool area is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax. The spa is another highlight, offering a range of treatments and massages that left us feeling rejuvenated and pampered. In addition to these features, the staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, contributing to an overall excellent experience. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, a culinary adventure, or a chance to unwind with spa treatments, this resort is a fantastic choice. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

A beautiful location with exceptionally friendly staff provided us with a truly unforgettable experience. We were particularly impressed by the dedication of animator Mr. Aja 😊 and lifeguard Mr. Dinesh, whose extended support made our trip extraordinary. Great location with superb beach front. Beach with great view points from both sides of the property. Long beach front was beautiful and clean. Easy access through main road. All facilities were available. Excellent and friendly service from the staff. Good verity of food.
