As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Riad Jona due to several things; the respectful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and the great location of this place. The young men that worked there were super helpful when I happened to have questions about the city or the nearby activities/attractions.

From the beginning the greeting was poor, they gave us a room and then changed us to another one: on the other side of the Riad ,damp and smelly, with dirty curtains, the water kept coming out as hot and cold, we had to ask twice for the wifi code, for dinner we waited 50 mins for just starters, for breakfast I asked if the juice and yoghurt had added sugars the waiter said no when in fact it was full of sugar I had to take my medecine immediately to compensate.. overall we are extremely disappointed we have never experienced this in Marrakech I guess the staff tries its best but is not trained or informed as they seem to be overworked part-time students. On top of that they advertised a bottle of wine as a welcome gift that they never gave us.

Beautiful Riad close to many tourists attractions in walking distance, super friendly and helpful staff !Traditional breakfast different every day.Confutable bed .

The Riad Jonas is a beautiful Riad in the centre of the Medina - very good location. The staff were amazing, they helped us out at 3am in the morning when we had a flight problem, breakfast service was excellent (fruit/yoghurt/breads and cake) and the cleanliness was great. They also gave us a map and highlights to help us get orientated. We didn't use the spa so can't comment but the outside area looks very nice. Thanks again to the staff.

This is an excellent Riad. The rooms are lovely and the staff go out of their way to help you and tend to your needs.

Nice riad with great service. Staff was great. Good location close to Djema Elf Na. Lots of tourists in this area but many locals too. Would stay again. Thank you to all the staff.
