Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha

Mi sono trovata talmente bene che ho prolungato di una notte :-) La nostra stanza però era occupata, quindi ci hanno spostato in un'altra (sono in realtà due riad uniti e comunicanti) addirittura più bella della prima! Magnifique!

酒店位於老城區，出行很方便，很摩洛哥raid風格！一出門口就可以買買買不停，離不眠廣場很近。酒店員工很有禮貌，熱心地為我們解答所有問題，第一次在沒有網絡的情況下也能玩了兩天的美麗城市！特別是酒店的提供的早餐，食物豐富多樣新鮮及搭配合理，是值得選擇的酒店！

法式風格早餐不錯，酒店在老城裡，出行比較方便，周邊餐廳也比較多，唯一不足的是車子無法開到酒店門口，得自己提着行李進去

Expérience décevante Personnel charmant et disponible Installation de chauffage et d'eau chaude à refaire. Des travaux d’ordre général sont nécessaires pour le remettre à niveau Indemnisation nulle suite à nos remarques justifiées. Pour un séjour du jour de l’an dans votre établissement nous avons été privés de chauffage et d’eau chaude ce qui est inadmissible en cette période. Soyez présents physiquement sur ces moments ou donnez les moyens à votre personnel d’entretenir l’établissement et de faire les maintenances nécessaires à la bonne marche et au confort de votre clientèle.

2ème expérience dans ce Ryad (nous étions venus en 2019) En couple avec des amis parisiens, nous avons obtenus une chambre minuscule sur la terrasse et cela ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Ensuite les ennuis se sont enchainés. même si le personnel était sympathique, il n 'y avait personne pour diriger l'établissement, d'autant que 3 jours d'eau froide, surtout le 31 décembre, cela ne faisait pas très sérieux. Le Riad manque de rafraichissement et d'un déjeuner digne de ce nom.Il ne faut pas vivre sur ces acquis et même si les avis étaient jusqu'à présent très bons, il faut se remettre en question. dans l'attente de vous lire. cordialement

Excellent service and amenities, we arrived late at night and when our riad was nowhere to be found and our host unresponsive, Ahmed helped us a lot and we ended up staying here instead. The service, kindness and beautiful room and spaces led us to have a nice stay in Marrakech when it started on the wrong foot. Thanks a lot Ahmed!

Delighted to have returned to Les Trois Palmiers after an absence of two years. It felt like coming home! Patrick, Caroline and the whole team are fantastic. The Riad, the rooms, the food - it is all faultless. I have been visiting Marrakech for almost 20 years and Trois Palmiers is the best Riad in Marrakech bar none.

We stayed at this Riad for 3 nights from Thursday 7th Sept 2023 with another couple and were staying there the night of the devastating earthquake. More of that later. We had emailed the Riad ahead of time and were picked up at Marrakech Airport and subsequently taken back there and allowed to add the transfer cost to our rooms. On arrival we were met near the main road -Dar El Bacha and were walked to the Riad through small alleyways. Mustafa and Khalid introduced themselves and served hot Mint Tea. Patrick then have us a tour and shared the history of the refurbishment of the Riad including the strengthening of new foundations. Something we were subsequently truly thankful of. The whole team at this Riad deserve credit for the way they looked after guests following the earthquake on 8th Sept with Mustafa guiding us all out to stand in safety ahead of being allowed back inside. Each day a tasty breakfast was served with hot drinks, yoghurts and preserves and local Breads and fruit. Very tasty! Each day Mustafa or Mohamed would recommend places to visit and showed us on maps.me how to get there on smartphones without connectivity. The ladies who cleaned our Superior Rooms did so with a passion and always smiled and said hello when we saw them around the Riad. This was hospitality at its finest under the most stressful of circumstances for the RIad team some of whine couldn’t initially contact their relatives to see if they were safe. Thank you to you all for a memorable stay. If you are reading this and are going to Marrakech don’t consider anywhere else to stay - book here for a memorable stay. We had drinks on the roof terrace and the girls also had a swim in the Riad’s pool.
