It’s overpriced in terms of the amenities and quality we look forward to. The staff there are excellent and it’s the best part of this hotel.
The spa treatment was also average for the amount they charge!

Prachtige Riad, gelegen op loopafstand van Al Fnaz en de Soek. Geweldige kamers, uiterst vriendelijk personeel, een zwembad achter het hotel en een rooftopzwembad. Mooie ruime kamers, alles prachtig ingericht. Alle 5 sterren waard! Op de eerste avond ook gegeten: erg lekker, haute quisine, qua prijs aan de bovenkant, wel een fantastische entourage: onder zfeervolle verlichting aan de rand van het zwembad. Wij komen hier zeker terug, omdat ook Marrakesh ons opnieuw enorm goed is bevallen!

Een bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangst in een werkelijk schitterend en sfeervol hotel. Overal liggen verse oranje rozen. De tuin ben bij het zwembad is werkelijk betoverend. We hadden 2 suites met een privé zwembad en dat was werkelijk prachtig! Super goede bedden, mooie grote handdoeken en ruime kamers. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam!! Het eten is echt formidabel; ontbijt, lunch en avondeten het is allemaal verrukkelijk. Er is een mooi zwembad in de binnentuin en ook nog een prachtig dakterras met zwembad. De locatie is ook echt perfect!! De enige tip; misschien kan de gym iets ruimer worden opzet.

This hotel is truly fabulous in every way. Amazing service from all the staff who cannot do enough for you including even making a fire in your room’s fireplace. Beautiful decor and two perfect swimming pools. Heated in the winter for all year swimming.

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. Ok, by American standards, Villa des Orangers was a five star. But by Moroccan standards they were just a whisker lower than anything we had stayed in—in Morocco. Their missteps were so slight by our world standards, that they still earned 5 stars on TripAdvisor. And don’t take that as a criticism. You will find that Moroccan standards are well beyond anything else you have experienced. The bar was higher than a skyscraper.

My wife and I can not express how beautifully splendid our stay was. From the lovely, well appointed room, to our magnificent roof patio, to the wonderfully friendly and attentive service, this is a stay we will remember always. I know people generally like to dine at different restaurants but do not pass up the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel. The food and service was top notch and the ambience was magical. We felt the stay here embodied the essence of Morocco.

Villa des Orangers is *hands down* my favorite hotel of all time- and NO, I'm not exaggerating. If ultimate luxury, tranquility and exceptional amenities are a top priority for you in a hotel- you will not be disappointed! This "Riad" is so special because every room is uniquely designed- the property is a bit of a maze but discovering the indoor bar or popping up to the rooftop pool is all part of the charm. There is a kitchen at the hotel and the food is very refined and elegant- but what I adore most is that lunch service is typically outside by the pool, whereas breakfast and dinner are served in a different dining rooms every day. The Hammam is breathtaking and you're missing out if you don't treat yourself to a traditional Moroccan scrub. The rooms were spacious, softly decorated, and every moment the gentle scent of orange blossoms could be noted in the air. The staff wait on you hand and foot- there is no small detail left unnoticed. The only *tiny* thing is that when you arrive, the front door is almost easy to miss and certainly out of place along a main street between various mechanic repair shops- rest assured, you are in the right place. Once you step through the entrance you will be transported to paradise! You will barely notice you are in Marrakech anymore! Impeccable. You will regret not booking this hotel.
