El hotel es una maravilla la gente que trabaja allí tanto recepcionista,camareros,chica del spa y limpiadoras son súper agradables,habitación y cuarto de baño súper limpios,y situación muy cerca de la Medina,recomendable 100%100

Fantastische Riad in Medina, vlakbij Djemaa El Fna. Mooi rooftop met lekkere ligplaatsen. Fijn ontbijt met veel keuze en super vriendelijk personeel. Bedden en kamers zijn schoon en met oog voor detail ingericht. De ruimtes in de Riad zijn soms wel fris dus een jasje is welkom in januari. Aanraders: rooftop/restaurant Dardar en restaurant Casa Lalla. Ook absoluut niet te missen: Bahia Palace op loopafstand.

We waren hier 5 nachten. Het riad voelt als een t****e thuis. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij de receptie als in het restaurant. Prima kamers, en schone badkamer (beetje klein) . Verrukkelijk dakterras en fantastisch gelegen in de medina. Tip: vraag de taxi je af te zetten op Jamaa el Fna.

Quaint and lovely place. Beautiful Moroccan artwork. Rooms vary and some are more spacious. Our bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. Walk in shower that was impossible not to spray water everywhere. Only provided with four small bottles of hair and body gel.

Hold on to your hat if you're head to Marrakesh. Crazy city that goes on and on. This Riad was very comfortable. Quiet. Nice room. Small -- wish it were bigger, but the Riad is very old. Great location. Good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay completely.

This quiet oasis in the middle of the busy souk is a refreshing place to charge those batteries. Without a doubt the best place I've stayed in Marrakesh (this was my third different location) The room was clean and well kept. The roof top lovely and spacious. The people at the desk very helpful and spoke very good English. They arranged a taxi to the airport, and a pick up on the way to the hotel.

Third time here at Riad Palais des Princesses of Marrakech, and it is always a confirmation ! the beauty and centrality of the Riad, the kindness of the staff but above all the accompaniment of the director Malek who made our stay and the experience in Marrakech perfect every time ! Francesca

Location the Riad was approx 3-5 mins to the main square. I was a single female traveller and felt very safe. The majority of the staff were friendly and happy to assist. The hotel cat (Mimi) was super friendly and loves yoghurt (I am a cat lover) There was nearly always a fire on in the entrance lobby. The roof terrace was nice and quiet for sunbathing. But not so good..... There was a lot of noise - my room was above the lobby and the sound just echoed and alot of residents didn't seem to appreciate that once on the bedroom level they should speak more quietly and not stomp around. My bedroom would also smell of smoke and one wall would be very warm (but only in the evenings) The top sheet on the bed didn't fit fully and I only had 2 hangers in my room (until I asked for more). I also booked a hamman at the hotel - supposed to be a relaxing/invigorating experience - overpowering smell of mould, the voices of the women in the kitchen talking and definately not the best hamman I have ever had!
