The hotel has an excellent location, the reception is good, and the breakfast is excellent, but the room furniture is normal, as well as the size of the TV screen, relative to the size of the room, as well as room service at a good and normal level

Énormément déçu de cet hôtel qui n'as rien d'un 5 étoiles que j'ai pût faire dans d'autres pays, le spa ne se situe pas dans l hôtel mais à 3mn à pieds, la piscine pas très éclairé odeur d humidité qui remonte, le sauna classique, le hammam classique, vestiaires vétustes, ascenseur pas entretenu, petit déjeuner buffet classique pas oufff, chambre sympa on vous accueil avec une assiette de fruits et de gâteaux orientaux mais impression qu ils ont remis un coup de peinture une légère odeur,la douche était bouché ça débordé un peu, etc etc... Bref je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel au vu du prix et il ne mérite pas 5 étoiles.

het is een goeie hotel er zijn vriendelijke medewerksters Khalid Ibrahim en Youness zijn heel vriendelijk ze zijn echt voor dit hotel gemaakt het is een top hotel service is goed het eten is lekker een grote zwembad er is fitness en nog veel meer ik ben hier voor de 2e keer en ik raad het iedereen aan

10 dagen in Du Golf verbleven. Ik reis heel veel dus kom in veel hotels, maar heb nog nooit zulk vriendelijk personeel gezien als in Du Golf. Mooie kamers, schoon en goed ontbijt. Ik kom hier zeker terug maar dan voor langere tijd. Ik had een event in het hotel ernaast en werd altijd heen en weer gebracht. Kan niet wachten om terug te gaan. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

We booked an all inclusive package deal with airport pick and drop off. The hotel from the outside is eye opening really beautiful. Receptionist very efficient and friendly. Then the room a standard room. Long dark hair on the bathroom floor, wall in entrance is crumbling. Carpet has marks of old. Minibar empty. The shower with a white plastic curtain is above the bathtub which you need to climb into. It’s either very hot or very cold. The towels are thin and rough. No extras like shampoo or conditioner. Neither bathrobes nor slippers. Lots of cats everywhere which is good as there are no rats but the cats are also in the breakfast room and dining room. In the hotel in the bar people smoke . For me this hotel is a 3 star , and the vibe is a cheap Club experience. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are really great and work a lot to keep the clients happy.

I stayed 4 nights. It is 5 star, very expensive hotel. But 1. The shower floor is very slippery. Be careful 2. The shower switch is not smooth at all 3. I experienced 2 electricity black out because one of the lamp (same lamp) was broken popping. It was in the middle of the night and no body pick up the emergency phone and I must go to the receptionist, very far away from my hotel. It was terrible experience. 4. I couldn't enter my room in the last day. Because they key was inactivated even before 12 pm. It was very annoying.

So tired looking, walking around is neglected and some areas resemble an abandoned film set. Tennis courts, football pitch are abandoned. Poor signage. Would not recommend unless fluent French speaker. Staff aren’t attentive or interested. Sat outside the Italian restaurant for three hours and we weren’t approached for drinks. Beach club is along an abandoned uneven road with no occupancy of buildings along the way. The spa is very tired and grubby. Gym well equipped. Staff not attentive, no cutlery regularly, coffee machine needs attention every time I’ve been each morning. Room is ok, bleach on carpets and the shower is appalling. So disappointing when visiting Morrocan friends. But on the positive there is a free shuttle bus.

Amazing experience in your hotel, rooms are clean freshly decorated, unfortunately location isn't great. Pool amazing food and drinks as well. Staff friendly. The only downside was that we were had to pay tax which we were not aware of. Overall very happe, 5 star experience
