"Hotel whose clean rooms are showing their age, at least in the "old" building. Dark, dimly lit corridors. Narrow bathroom with smelly drain. Good beds. Good breakfast with a large selection, although one type of jam was a bit poor. Friendly staff. Free parking in the hotel garage. At the party, the food was mixed. Refilling or refilling only worked to a limited extent. Negative: to use the swimming pool, etc., you have to pay an additional €20 per day."

"We were checked in by a very unpleasant young lady that reminded us in a very rude manner that parking was EUR8 per day even when I said it's fine with us. One of the rooms we were given had a problem with the air conditioning, and luckily when we went down to the reception to complain, there was another person there that was very helpful and friendly, and he immediately changed it to a better room with a nice view facing the slope. We have stayed at even better 3-star hotels, but the 4-star rating of this hotel is really misleading, and should be downgraded. The rooms are very basic, outdated TV, slow internet unless with an additional fee for faster speed, terrible bathroom with low quality bathroom amenities, and an even worse shower stall. The nicer part of the hotel was the large lobby, and breakfast was quite decent. The only enjoyable experience we had, was going on the toboggan ride on the slope which was not part of the hotel."
