"Mijn familie en ik hebben dit weekend bij The Beach Palace Ramsgate (18th-20th oktober 2024) doorgebracht. Alida en de rest van het personeel waren aangenaam welkom en gastvrij in ons hele verblijf. Ze waren zorgvuldig in alles wat ze deden en we werden gemaakt om te voelen recht thuis vanaf het moment dat we aankomen. Gelegen in een rustige, veilige ruimte, het strand paleis zelf is absoluut prachtig met zijn geavanceerde binnen- en buitendesign. Perfect gemanipuleerde weiden, goed onderhouden tuinen, zwembad en fitnessruimte, evenals spektakelvolle uitzichten op zee, alle toevoegen aan de luxe omgeving. We werden elke ochtend behandeld tot een schaars ontbijt en alle voorzieningen waren beschikbaar, die we ten volle hebben geprofiteerd, ook al was het weer niet helemaal aan onze kant. We hebben ons nog steeds grondig genoten. Door dit allemaal af te zetten vind ik het belangrijk om dit bekend te maken ... mijn zonen zijn autistische en het maakt ons uiterst angstig om ze uit hun routine te halen voor angst voor smelten of tandems. Maar dit weekend hebben we allemaal twee nachten van ononderbroken, vreedzame slaap genoten. Dat is de meest gehad die we de afgelopen drie jaar hebben gehad. Het strandpaleis is eigenlijk therapeutisch in de zin dat het een sensorische ervaring voor kinderen als mijn biedt met brede open ruimtes, ruikgroene en de geluiden, geur en gevoel van de oceaan. Dit heeft geleid tot een betere regulering van de middelen tijdens de dag, waardoor de noodzaak van andere interventies werd weggenomen. Ouders in de autistische gemeenschap zullen het met mij eens zijn als ik zeg dat we een vitale orgaan geven om slechts één dag van "normaliteit" te ervaren en we hebben ervaren twee! Ik zou het Beach Palace zeer aanbevelen als ik denk aan een familievakantie, vooral als Je hebt een kind op het spectrum."

"De gastheer is erg attent en vriendelijk De kamers hebben allemaal wel iets maar aan tuinzijde kijk je op zwembad en de zee waar je soms wel eens een dolfijn ziet . Balkon met zitje koelkast is v gemeen schappelijk gebruik maar top Restaurant en strand dicht bij 😍😍😍zo ook de winkels."

"The reception and service we received from Nomonde was 5 star, she made our stay a pleasant one. very accommodating and always willing to go an extra mile to assist with all the establishment's needs. Not to forget the cleaning crew that ensured our rooms and all utilities remained clean at all times. In a nutshell, they were like family away from home. We will be coming back for sure. An improvement will be to extend the WIFI to the rooms, it will surely be a huge plus factor."

"Very pleasant stay, well maintained and secure property. The heated pool was a hit with everyone. Perhaps renting out beach towels may be a revenue stream that can be looked at otherwise a very relaxing and affordable vacation. The managing staff were very friendly and helpful - the cleaning staff were a bit morose possibly a result of having to work during this time of year ..."

"It's disappointing when a hotel doesn't live up to its star rating. It seems like your experience fell far short of your expectations, and the only redeeming quality was the view. It's frustrating when accommodations don't meet the standards they advertise. I truly despised the fact that we were required to adhere to a timetable for water usage in the building. Additionally, halfway through preparing dinner, we were hit by load shedding, and despite the presence of backup generators, they failed to function, leaving us waiting for almost two hours until power was restored. Moreover, despite the hotel's rules prohibiting noise and drinking around the pool, these rules were flagrantly violated for about four hours with no intervention from staff. When I attempted to address the issue of load shedding with hotel staff, one intoxicated individual from the pool confronted me aggressively, as if looking for a fight. I tried to leave the hotel immediately after check-in due to the water crisis, which was only disclosed after I had already made payment. However, my request for a refund was met with refusal. As someone with many years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am sorry to say that this experience was nothing short of a disgrace."
