my experiences from these hotels has been positive so far. this one stands out because i think the owners dont pay attention to it. the bathroom had no warm water or adequate water flow. it was spacious yes but i also wanted to bathe. the breakfast area is in the center of the establishment and only has natural light from the top which is 7 ? stories high. so if you have and early morning the area is not adequately lit. also the breakfast bouffet is lacking in choice. very few things offered. the bed excellent as always. for me 2 were the worst elements: i tried to talk to receptionist over the phone and he didnt speak english well and i found a cockroach in the restroom at the reception area. i know this is a hotel for short stay but isnt the goal of every hotel to have people converging no matter what?

One is to choose a fixed set meal, which includes a staple food, coffee, fruit salad or juice, and French bread. There is no charge in this way. The second is not to choose the set meal, the restaurant menu is arbitrarily selected, in this case the breakfast card presented by the hotel can be deducted 120 pesos. This is one of the most amazing hotel buildings I've stayed in. Built right into the rock walls that this beautiful city is built upon, with tress growing up through the middle of it, a giant breakfast room with huge rack wall faces, a beautiful seating area on the fourth floor, and a gorgeous rooftop patio with amazing views of the city. The level of service at the hotel was also terrific. Some of the best I've had in Mexico. People who really wanted to take care of any issues you may have. And attentive service in the dining room. Breakfasts were very good. Not included, but a fair value, and a wonderful place to start your day. And the location is terrific. Just off the main strip, central to everything. The only downside is that the rooms are pretty average. Better than average beds, but small and not great, with lumpy pillows. It takes several minutes for hot water to make it to the room. No fridge or coffee maker. and

The old town house remodeled hotel, check-in and breakfast at the sister hotel LA CASONA DE DON LUCAS. Overall good, but the old house in the winter is very cold, you can ask for a blanket.
